Mine had died earlier in the morning and I was able to get a jump start to get to work. Knowing that the temperatures were going to be in the single digits overnight, it was important for me to get this fixed quick or risk being stuck again. Upon entering the store, I was warmly greeted by José who listened to my story and found the battery that was recommended for my vehicle. Before selling me anything, he wanted to verify that it was really the battery that was at fault and not the alternator or anything else. He had me pop the hood and hooked up his battery tester to confirm the fault was indeed with the battery. It was pretty cold out- in the 20's- but he was able to remove the old battery and install the new one in minutes. José was a great technician to deal with - professional, friendly, & competent. I definitely recommend this store for anyone needing a battery replaced and will use them for my minor automotive needs going forward.

There is one employee, Damian, who is the best, most helpful, most knowledgable and friendly customer service associate I have ever met. He genuinely wanted to help me all 3 times I've been in. First I needed a new gas tank cover and he sold me one, not really aware I didn't know very much about cars. It was the wrong size, so I was in a few days later, and to my luck, Damian was there. He remembered selling me the gas cap and asked me some questions about my car that I couldn't really answer, so we went outside to look at my car. Immediately he knew what size gas cap I needed, and it was very cheap, and he was super nice! My latest visit to cap was to get some refrigerant. Upon walking in, I saw Damian, and he helped me figure out just what I needed. We went out to my car and he had a nozzle and all the supplies, so he went right to work. He did a great job, my air conditioner went from not working at all to blowing nice cold air for our road trip to Florida! I will always go to cap when I need a quick fix with my car!
