His years of expertise allowed him to identify an issue with only a few glances. We were prepared to spend $2k on an issue that we were told we had by another company. Greg found the root cause, the affected area, and the fix was less than a tenth of what we expected! He literally got on his hands and knees to dig under our sink for us and find a little termite problem. He even stayed longer than expected to help us. He called his team to push a work meeting out! We're confident in his solution, and looking forward to his company providing quarterly pest services. 10/10 experience.

As the highest rated pest control business in the city, I had high expectations for their service…read morebased on their online reputation. Over the series of experiences I've had, it was strangely somewhere in the middle. The positive side was that they were incredibly responsive. The customer service is on point and the attitude of their management is definitely a class act. I have no doubt this is a major driver for their most positive reviews and deservedly so. The part where I struggle is the mixed experiences from the various technicians that had come to one of my properties that had an ant, cockroach, and spider problem. The initial $160 was a bit higher than I expected, but a small price that I was willing to pay to rid the property of creepy crawlers. Jason and Servando (sp) extremely brief in their initial run of the place. Even after their treatment, I still saw plenty of spider action where it was clear were not that thorough. After explaining my situation to their staff, they assigned the manager at the time, Daniel, to come back and apply treatment the way he intended. He went nuclear with a whole host of sprays and was extremely thorough both inside and out. His work made a world of difference and there was very little bug activity for close to a year. He was thorough in his explanaition and super transparent with his approach. If every experience was this thorough I think I'd be more receptive to future service. He has unfortunately left the company. Typically they recommend treatment 3 to 4 months. The subsequent visits after my initial concerns were not charged, which I'm thankful for but should not have taken that many times just to get the desired result. It was close to $250 for carpet ant treatment, which felt out of my budget but was assured that the chemicals would be different than the standard ones used for treatment. I was presented with a 30 and 60-day warranty which is fine but not something I elected to go for this past time around. While I'm sure they've done stellar work for other households and other properties, I do wish that I was able to experience the same magic on a consistent basis.

From my initial service, it's a yes from me. We recently purchased a house, and if you're anywhere…read morein Houston at the moment you already know why we needed extermination services. This time of year, it's common to come across ants, roaches, and spiders, all of which we wanted...well, outside of the home by the time we moved in. I went with TruForce for two reasons. 1. The competitive pricing, and 2. The responsiveness and professionalism of the team. Request-a-quote on Yelp is thus far 3/3 for me. As others mentioned, these folks are responsive, polite, prompt, and professional. I needed assistance within a few days, and they were on it. From request a quote, to a quick phone convo, booking online, a courtesy call before arrival, and a quick educational termite prevention and extermination servicing, this team has a way of making extermination quick and painless. Jaden handled our termite prevention installation and Steven handled our extermination services. I'd recommend both. Fast forward 6 months, would still recommend!

I looked for a company to remove and treat the affected issues. I could see two areas when they came out they found one more. We assume it was raccoons not in the attic nor crawl space. First time having this issue but it's been resolved. I am a bit concerned since it rained last night post cleanup and treatment. I'm hopeful it solves the issue and I won't need to address again. There are no pictures post cleanup. I documented photos of what I saw to get an idea if I was calling the right company to handle.

We had a mouse problem and requested service through Yelp. Several vendors reached out to us, but…read morewe went with Ruben. Key Take Aways - Fair Price He gave us an estimate based on the info I gave him on my home via text. After he came out and saw the size and scope of my home and garage, he increased the estimate slightly, but not by much. Based on the other estimates I got and the research I did, what he charged was fair. He also provided a one year warranty. - Work Product He secured all the potential points of entry. He put down traps and we caught a couple of field mice. He did mention that he left an opening behind the kitchen sink in case there were still mice in the walls to give them an exit route, but he left traps under the kitchen sink. Service/Warranty A few weeks later, I spotted a mouse inside the house (not under the kitchen sink). We called Ruben and he was very responsive. He came back out and laid some more traps and we caught the mouse (Ruben thinks it was a mouse that just got in, probably from leaving the back door open). After that, we were out of town for about a week and we returned, and found a dead mouse caught in Ruben's trap under the kitchen sink (remember, he left some openings so that any mice in the walls could get out). Ruben came out again and used some foam to close the remaining openings. He also recommended a spray to take out the smell of pheromones which might be attracting new mice (e.g. through the back door). I can say as of now, it appears the mouse problem has been eradicated. - Knowledge of Craft/Professionalism I have had so many questions about what a mouse can and cannot do. Ruben patiently answers all of my questions which has helped me navigate a very difficult situation. Ruben is the epitome of professionalism. He knows his craft and he executes his process flawlessly. He is customer focused and is very responsive and respectful. He did not use those scare tactics used by other companies (e.g "mice are responsible for this % of house fires, etc.) to scare me into action. I highly recommend that if you have a rodent problem, don't ignore it and call Ruben. You won't be disappointed and you won't be ripped off.
