(Saying all that because so many people struggle with mask basics.). He rang the doorbell and moved back 10 feet before I opened the door. He introduced himself and asked if I knew where our vent was located which I did not, but he asked me to turn on our dryer and he found it quickly on our roof. He showed me our dirty screen that covers our vent and informed me these need cleaning about every 5 months which we could do ourselves. He then sounded like he was vacuuming our duct from the outside which took about 5 minutes. He informed us we should keep snow and ice away from that duct in the winter for the best results. He cleaned up his items and was very polite and nice! He left us his card which we will save. We received a discount because a lot of neighbors went in together to get the work done the same time so the charge was $80.00 for our unit. We really found him to be very professional and respectful of our property and needs. Thank you Stephen!

We were given a lot of important information and time to consider our decision as the cost was significant. I think the biggest concern I had about this company is that when we had to install the air conditioner later on when it was warmer, the technician that came out was incredibly rude to my husband when he pointed out a preference he was hoping for either the cement block placement. When we brought up our concerns directly to the sales rep, particularly the way he was treated him as a person of color. This company dismissed his experience and tried to justify it as something else. I would really encourage them to make sure their various staff who interact with customers (who pay thousands of dollars for their product) have a clear understanding of what quality customer service needs to be.

I explained the situation and how we have some allergies, and they took the time to listen and go over all the details. They then recommended Steve who is the go-to guy when it comes to allergies as well as other things related. We set up an appointment with Steve, and Steve arrived early. He set up his equipment and was very mindful about making a mess as well as getting things dirty and wet. He took his time to explain as well as show me what was going on and answer all my questions. Because of allergies Steve took his time and made sure each vent was cleaned as best as possible. The things I saw in the ductwork were scary, which had built up over the years of this property. After he was done, we swapped the air filter and within 20 minutes of running, I could smell the difference in the air. The air felt lighter and did not have a heavy feel. Also, my air purifiers were not reading off the charts anymore. Steve did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend him as well as Twin Cities Furnace Cleaning. I ended up getting their Ultimate cleaning or whatever the highest one was, and compared to other places, it was cheap. The price you pay for what you get is a bargain. It ended up being $541.00 with tax and worth every penny.

BEWARE: Independent contractors are used by this company who carry their own insurance. I had an…read moreunfortunate situation where a furnace drain hose was bumped out of place by one of this company's independent contractors causing a leak in my ceiling weeks before my house was to close to a new owner. My claim was declined. The insurance company required unrealistic things like a photo of the space prior to incident showing the hose in place. Who takes pictures of their furnace? This resulted in a costly last-minute repair to my ceiling. Essentially this means that you are at the mercy of a potential crappy insurance policy carried by the contractor and that the owner takes no personal responsibility for potential damage.
