Gave a quote for a different price than the actual price when showing up. Couldn't get pet stain out of rug. And very rude man - not good customer service. He was continuously blaming me for the stain rather than apologizing they couldn't get it out and pretending like he didn't understand what I was saying to him. And his excuse for acting the way he did is because he said he was old. Meanwhile, when his coworker was talking to him, he had no trouble hearing and understanding him. Do not recommend. They replied saying I was never a customer on Google reviews, which is funny because I have a photo of the invoice from them where they originally quoted me $72 then invoiced me $107. And, there is a whole chain of phone calls back and forth from them about my rug cleaning. Embarrassing how they don't even own up to their mistakes. Apparently, my Google review was removed because they claimed I was never a customer. I'll try to post again. read more

The old bait and switch. Called for a quote and he said $175+$3/stair. That sounds good. Called back to schedule and he asked if the carpets had been cleaned before and I said yes I did them myself. That doesn't count he said so I need a deep clean which is additional $30/room times 8 rooms. Get the details before they show up. read more

My carpets were over due for a cleaning and our dog had a bladder problem to complicate things. Chet came and explained that it was going to be more than his original quote because I neglected to tell him about the dog. He cleaned the carpets efficiently and got rid of all the spots and smell. Chet and his associate responded quickly to our call and cam within 24 hours to repair our carpet, but the job they did was poor. The lines for the replacement are jagged and uneven. They even cut into the undamaged carpet with an razor blade. I'm going to need to get it fixed by someone else. read more

When I called to schedule service I mentioned the coupon, and they asked how many rooms I had. I explained my house, and they said perfect. I was never asked any other further details. They showed up to my house,he was rude to another vendor that was there, and called me very mad that my house was big. My quote went up 4x from what i was quoted over $400. The rep that called me was very unprofessional and very rude!!!!! He tried to demand payment before the job began, and then he hung up on me. Called the guys from Metro Denver Carpet Cleaners to see if they had an availability the next day as I had one roommate moving in and the other moving out within 24 hrs. They had the availability and I am more than impressed. My former roommate had two cats who had an issue with throwing up and using the bathroom next to their box. Horrible service!!!! This company is completely unprofessional, inappropriate, and disrespectful! After spending several hundred dollars on a carpet clean they rushed through the living room not even focusing the clean on the parts I had asked for. While the guy was cleaning he was making rude comments to his coworker about me making me feel completely disrespected. After they finished(in 10 minutes in a big living room) he grabbed the money and rushed out. When we checked the carpet we saw new black spots that weren't even there before the clean plus the same spots just as dirty as before. Our carpet was ridiculously crunchy and spotted when it dried. Not to mention he left a massive amount of dirt and fuzz in our driveway! When we called to complain about the service we scheduled for a reclean which he was hardly willing to agree to. When we called to make sure he was coming the day of he claimed he was to sick. Our carpets are dirtier then they were originally. This is a horrible place to have clean your carpets. Two guys came out to my house. When I called for ONE living room carpet, I was quoted 89$. My carpet had a couple stains I knew wouldn't come out but I just wanted my carpet cleaned. Mind you, my house is not more than 950sq ft total so the living room isn't very big at all. When he came he looked at my carpet and told me it would be 177$. I thought it was steep but I still wanted them done professionally. I asked if he took cash or credit. The older guy told me he preferred cash. They finished the carpet quickly. Less than an hour and I was surprised. The carpets still looked dirty but I thought I wasn't noticing the difference. He insisted he did the best he could. I gave him my card and very rudely he said "I told you I only take cash." So I asked my husband if he had two hundred to pay him. They guy took the money and continued telling me he that the carpets looked a lot better than originally. Then both of them left. I never got my change so basically they tipped themselves 23$!!!! A couple days later the carpets were still soaking wet, still very dirty, and had a horrible wet dog smell. I could've done a better job by just renting a plain old rug doctor from king soopers for 30$. I ended up having to rent one just to get the smell out a week later. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more
