They promise hotel quality linens that are laundered off site, re-staging the property according to airbnb photos, and top notch service. I have complained to the manager on numerous occasions and nothing changes. There is zero quality control and I would expect that they never inspect their employees cleaning service...and if they are inspecting, that is worse. A few examples of times that I have personally checked the home: trash left in can, trash left outside the back door, coffee grounds on the kitchen floor, nothing has EVER been staged back to photos upon my inspection, dining chair left outside in the rain, soiled linens, I have never seen them put out our mini toiletries for guests as promised, filthy tub with soap scum and hair, back door unlocked, cleaners still in the home when guests arrived at 4pm, rugs not vacuumed, and I could go on and on. Their lack of caring and detail is appalling. Avoid this company at all costs.

I had a cleaner leave the doors to the apartment unlocked when she left, comforters were not changed, dirty linens were left out for the next guest to view, and my cleaning instructions were disregarded. I had to inspect each property and fix their mistakes. I reached out to customer service to work on the issues but they were unresponsive. A scheduled call with customer service was disregarded. I stated that is they they didn't call me to discuss the issues, I would cancel my service. Guest Prep opted to stop servicing my properties rather than address the issues. I'm fortunate that I had been interviewing other cleaners to replace them. I think they are overwhelmed and are dealing with excessive turnover hence the decrease in quality and lack of communication from management.

I knew that it was time for an overdue cleaning and I wanted it done especially with everything that's going on right now. Even though I haven't gotten my carpets cleaned in awhile I am still very particular when it comes to cleaning and how good things look. I gave Ted a fair warning of how I'm super picky and he was nothing but great when I talked with him. He reassured me that my carpets would look amazing and brand new after he was done with them. I'm so impressed with Ted. The guy was drenched in sweat by the time he was done! He did an amazing job and I can't thank him enough still! Ted got a bag lipstick stain out of my carpet. I'm telling you you can literally not see where the stain was even if you try to find it. I seriously got down on the ground and looked at it from all angles and I could not remember exactly where it had been before. He is THAT good! On top of being amazing and so thorough with his work Priority Carpet Cleaning offered competitive prices. I am still amazed at the quality of work they did for the price they did it at. Ted and this company deserve all the amazing recognition! They do such great work and I'm still in awe of how awesome my carpets look. Thank you so much for the hard work and great customer service.
