The newly opened one next to Nofrills and Hair Joy had a very rude owner. It was my first time doing laundry there and since it was new i wanted to try it out. I used three machines and I observed that two of the double loader machines had very little water. I was simply stating my observation to the owner but he would not listen. He said on quote "You're not satisfied? Then I'll refund your money. I don't want your business. Take your laundry, leave and don't come back." It was the first time I went to that laundry place. Maybe the guy was tired and it's been a long day for him but that is not the way to treat a new customer. He set up a business, he should learn how to handle customer opinion. I won't be coming back there anymore. So for those choosing to go to that laundry place make sure to watch your laundry to see if it's getting washed properly. I will just continue doing my laundry here at Washworld.

This place is clean with lots of different load options. **Please make sure you come with lots of…read morequarters because most of the machines take just quarters** Depending on your load size, the cost for washing is anywhere from $3.50, to $5 to $6.50. Drying is 0.25 per 5 mins. You can pay for how many 5 mins you want. And the heat settings are low, medium and high. There is a washroom on site and multiple TVs with the news on. They have a change machine and it only takes cash and only spits out tokens. It does not give you quarters in return. They have a little dispenser machine to pay for laundry detergent if you need to buy some on site. Lots of parking all around.

They charged me $18 per coat (one is synthetic down, the other is wool-cashmere blend). I have also had my cashmere sweaters and dressed dry cleaned here. I don't know if I would bring anything super delicate or beaded here, but for the basics, this place is great. They usually have your stuff ready in ~4-5 days. Be careful, it's really easy to miss the place and their sign on the plaza just says "Cleaners". It's on the west side just South of Shepherd in a small plaza.
