Marcus Franklin is professional, knowledgeable, and extremely detail-oriented from start to finish. The cabling was installed neatly and efficiently, and everything was carefully tested to make sure it worked perfectly. The camera placement was well thought out, giving great coverage while still looking clean and unobtrusive around the house. What I appreciated most was how clearly everything was explained to me -- from how the system works to how I can access and manage the cameras myself. The whole process was smooth, on time, and very well done. If you're looking for someone reliable for network wiring or camera installation. I highly recommend 21st Century Network. Enough of the interference, of the cutting out regularly, internet going off so I had to reset it all the time, all of it. So, I already had Metro phone service, so I went over to a local store to ask about their internet. I was helped by a guy named ACE. And he definitely was "aces" in my book. After being abused by AT&T and Verizon (I won't even GO to one of their stores anymore), I was really welcomed by Metro PCS. Ace explained all about the device, how to hook it up and all that. He programmed it for me, arranged auto payment for me--and I was out the door for only $65 dollars which included a service charge, but now I'm paying only $45 a month for TERRIFIC internet service. $40 with auto pay!! Ace was also on hand for any followup questions I had, but there were none. He did a GREAT job. I brought it home, plugged it in, did a few easy things on the computer, and I'm good to go. So far so good with Metro PCS. And if you go to the store in San Pedro, CA, ask for ACE. You won't be disappointed.
