Until we tried to use our internet. It was spotty at best. I reached out to the customer service tech who told me to buy a wireless booster - $40 later and it did absolutely nothing. after a month of bad service, with no change to the crappy service, I tried to have someone come out to the house and see what the problem is. I was told on the phone that our house was out of their service area and it probably wouldn't improve. SO - not only did they knowingly install service outside their area, but then sent me to collections because I didn't want to pay for someone to uninstall all the equipment and close out the account... After the experience, I reached out to others and apparently this is not uncommon at all for RTC.

I asked her to please explain my situation while I called Tech Support as she was in familiar with the process. She told me that since I commanded her to do her task I had to leave with no service rendered. I continued with my call with support on my cell and she called the Police to escort me out of the store. I called tech support back and they simple mailed me the exchange and told me that was totally mishandled and apologized. I recommend going to other t-mobile locations or just do business over the web or through tech support.

When finally all of the "excuses" were removed and there was nothing but a pure phone line running on a 20 MBPS download and 10 MBPS upload cable internet connection (plugged DIRECTLY into the modem) with a latency of 23 ms they told me to "stop ranting or they are going to disconnect my phone number" See below for quote from email from the manager: "If your ranting continues, we will disconnect all services and be done servicing you as a customer. As it stands, we have already lost money on your account." Wow, truthfully - who cares if they lost money? They showed up 3 deep to sell me the account and then it took FOUR DAYS to get a technical support email answered. Absolutely impossible to accept. Then, do I get a refund for the $300 a month I spent for my 10 lines? No - instead they tell me I can spend another $400 to fix it. When I deny that - they send me a bill for $45 more dollars. Want to talk about losing money - how about trying to close a sale talking to someone and it sounds like you're in a barrel going through a tunnel on a $10 cell phone at the North Pole. NO THANK YOU VOICEOPIA! Your scare tactics don't scare me. I switched my phone number and am very happy with my new provider.
