He told me it would take a few weeks since he was swamped with rifle repairs since it was hunting season. Called him a month later and asked me if I knew where I could get parts for my gun. WTH? I did some research and sent him info. Called another month later still not fixed. Called another month later...STILL NOT FIXED. Nearly one year later, no phone call to tell me it's done, I finally get it back. I went in and picked it up and he was just sitting there at his counter doing nothing. Lots of guns to be fixed, but nobody is working on them. And what's really bad, is that he charges you a fee for using a credit card on Square. That's his fee for doing business with people and not my responsibility. Never Again.

He provided explicit directions and upon arrival and examination he started the installation immediately as there were no other customers waiting. Within a couple of hours he had the new sites installed and range tested alignment to confirm windage. This demonstrates his professional level and skills over any other big box store gunsmith! Jon was very helpful in not only figuring out the issue, but educating me on how to prevent it in the future. He took his time and made sure that I knew what he was doing through the entire process.
