    I tried to get a phone from T-Mobile by calling their 800 number. I got someone who could barely…read morespeak English so I asked for another person. The next person that came on the line their English was even worse than the first unintelligible. So I go into the store thinking I'll get better service. Wrong! The people they got working there are so damn dumb they don't know anything. The worst part of it was their promotional prices require a contract and auto pay. If you pay by check they charge more which is unfair. I tried T-Mobile before and had a bad experience even years ago I thought I would give them another try but it was just the same. So I go to Verizon. The same crappy customer service and bad deals. So I go over to Mint mobile. Same thing. Crappy customer service, contracts, they raise your price incrementally and want to set you up with auto pay. All these companies are doing the same thing. So I finally go to Consumer cellular. No contracts there. The pricing was competitive. They still want you to sign up for auto pay but at a lot less money. So far so good with consumer cellular. I recommend trying consumer cellular over T-Mobile or Verizon or Xfinity or Comcast. I've done my research.

As soon as she stepped out of the back office she seemed to be irritated as she kept sighing and I believe at some point she gave me a not so friendly look which made me feel very uncomfortable. When I asked to speak to to a manager or supervisor she denied having one and told me to go to a different store. How rude? I come to look for help but instead I get a very unfriendly experience.

    Do NOT use T-mobile!…read more I canceled my account on Sept. 14, 2023, after using their service for nearly TWO decades!! I was STILL receiving bills from T-mobile MONTHS after ending their service!! Also, when I first started using T-mobile's service, the service in the area I lived in was SO bad they had to give me a cell repeater to use in my home. Well, eventually it got to a point where service had improved enough that I didn't need the cell repeater anymore. I called T-mobile to return it. The customer service representative could NOT find any record of T-mobile sending a cell repeater to my address. Now, I called SEVERAL times during the years that passed and it was the same response. "We don't have any record of a cell repeater being sent to you." However, when I canceled my service, they SUDDENLY had a record of me having the cell repeater. Wow! What a coincidence! They threatened to charge me a couple of hundred dollars if I didn't return the repeater! Fortunately, I KEEP things like this because...well, I don't trust people, and for good reason! When I told the customer representative person I spoke to on the phone that I still had the repeater, they seemed almost disappointed they couldn't charge me for it!! So, I turned it and demanded a receipt stating it had been received! In the beginning, T-mobile was great. Excellent customer service, a reasonable price for my plan, and willing to sell me smartphones at a very reasonable price. However, after the headache I got when trying to cancel my service with them, I would NEVER use T-mobile again! DON'T TRUST T-MOBILE!!

    So, my S6 has taken plenty of flying leaps right out of my hand in the past few years (and…read moresurvived), but nothing could save it from the swan dive it took from the counter to the pups water bowl :( I thought I got lucky as it seemed to work fine after being submerged for 2.7 seconds but unfortunately no matter how hard I willed it to be, the dang thing did not end up magically waterproof so off to the dreaded cell phone store I go... However, to my surprise yesterday was by far the best experience I've had at this location, which has only been a handful of times but enough times that I was legit dreading yesterday's trip. I walked in and was immediately greeted by friendly smiles and zero wait time. The gal who helped me (April I think) was really savvy when it came to her phones, which I get she should be but I have been to MANY different cell stores, this one included when that is not the case. Not only was she savvy she didn't try to "bully" me into the most expensive one available and she showed me 6 differnt phones, all of which were in stock at that store so I was able to walk out with a phone in hand that day (she could obviously sense the phone junkie that I am!). She was also very patient with how indecisive I can be, all the way from what phone to get down to which phone case I want- seriously I annoy myself with this often so props to her for keeping her cool! There was another gal working at the time, I think I heard her name was Gail and I was very impressed with how she worked with another customer who came in, and at first I though was being kind of jerky due to his phone woes but she kept her cool and helped problem solve his issue and suggested was to fix it. I just wanted to say thanks again for a great experience yesterday!

He informed me that the information I received was incorrect and he had fired all the employees. I proceeded to ask him further questions. He kept telling me to call 611. I told him I had already done that yesterday and they told me to go into the store. He informed me he was not a Verizon store??????? I asked him what his last name was and he refused to give it to me and 86'd me from the store because he said I raised my voice. He escorted me out of the store.

    Needed a quick fix for my son's phone screen because the touch stopped working. Got right in and…read moreVictor told me the screen I ordered and repaired myself was faulty. Part of the issue could have been operator error- I tried! Victor was great and took maybe 20 minutes to fix the phone, and it was a cool $75. Literally the best place and best price. We chatted about playing Nintendo and our favorite Zelda games. (If you tell him your favorite Zelda game is Majora's Mask he may give you a discount!) overall 10/10 for customer service, efficiency, and price.

Come to find out it was not a genuine iphone screen, proven by a certified apple tech with the part number and a simple light test. We didn't give him the password which he wanted to test the device. We wanted instead to test the device in person when I picked it up and keep my passcode private. He used this as an excuse as to why the problems were arising. So many failures when I had the device back, most notably the camera. Still putting my trust in him I asked him to explain and he told me that the phone may have been damaged internally and this model was notoriously tricky for face ID and camera malfunctions and that I should ALSO pay him to fix the camera. Thankful I got a second opinion from an apple tech who let me watch him open the phone. *When the phone was opened there was still bits of glass scattered through it, the clips were bent and the camera was left unconnected* (see photos) it was obvious that this phone sustained too much damage to be repaired fully by a screen replacement but Kelani didn't tell me that, he hid it under a new aftermarket screen, charged me for a genuine screen and wanted to continue to milk me with the new camera replacement. When I talked to Kelani for the final time, I started out trying to be reasonable. I asked for my broken screen and my money back and that he could have this one back. He quickly began defending himself saying that he wouldn't refund me and that I should just take him to court. (I see it's a popular reply for him in his comment responses) He also told me that he didn't need people from "my side" and people "who look and talk like me" because he has plenty of good customers with people who love him. Needless to say I suggest you stay far away from this place, in case he decides that you're the customer he's going to scam.
