So over the last 30 years I have been with this about every cell phone company you can think of from LA cellular to Pac Bell and all the rest in between and after! I dropped my phone and cracked them on a pretty regular basis so I replace my phone's usually twice a year. I have a traumatic brain injury and can sometimes be a little wearing on people as I ask questions that maybe most people don't ask hahaha. But I was so impressed with Janet at this particular MetroPCS that I actually drove back to the store the next day to get her name. She was patient, polite, educational and most importantly informative. She stayed late with me and answered all my questions and even it was very considerate of me when she needed to call and ask a question!!
