Exceptional, Extraordinary Personal Service!…read more I needed a refill of my glucose meter test strips. Doc sent it to WalMart Pharmacy (they are my Drug Plan's "preferred" pharmacy). They wanted $188 (from me) for 100 strips. Yikes! I can't afford that! They suggested I purchase a new meter and use the "starter" kit of strips that comes with it! Huh? MY preferred pharmacy is McFarlane-Hillman. I decided to talk to them and see if they could offer an alternative. Immediately the Pharmacist said that Medicare would likely pay for a new meter and 100 strips. He ran it through and...guess what...he was wrong! Not free...It would cost me $4.16 !!! (Big Smile) That's a $184 savings! Yippee! Now why couldn't WalMart Pharmacy tell me that? In the end, I'm glad they didn't as it got me back to my preferred pharmacy! Well done, McFarlane-Hillman!!!! TEN stars!

But I was so impressed with Janet at this particular MetroPCS that I actually drove back to the store the next day to get her name. She was patient, polite, educational and most importantly informative. She stayed late with me and answered all my questions and even it was very considerate of me when she needed to call and ask a question!! So it is without any reservation that I recommend Janet!!
