I came to pick up my glasses at the same time and got ignored for 30 mins while someone else picked theirs up after my appointment to do so. I called Dad to have him call in the prescription then it would be the first stop when we hit town. The pharmacist and staff were very kind and helpful. So we went last week down to Johnny's Shoe Store in Kingsport, where they not only have a nice selection of men's and women's SAS Shoes ON DISPLAY, but they also have really knowledgeable salespeople who can help steer you towards a good selection. We are both done at Southern Shoes. I would stay away if I were you. There are too many competitors that *actually seem to value the opinions of both their employees and their customers.*
