Why is no one communicating these issues when the online systems fail? Refusing to fill a child's prescription and dipping out for lunch (we arrived a half hour before the scheduled lunch btw) - all with a gnarly attitude - was uncalled for & wont be forgiven. The staff showed a total lack of empathy, no compassion to be found here whatsoever. This is NOT the only pharmacy in town. ‍ 2 stars because this store occasionally sells seasonal squishmallows at a discount & the rest of the staff are generally kind. No stars for crusty dingleberries at the pharmacy.

I was a customer of Walgreens due to them buying out RiteAid years ago…read more So I have been using this pharmacy in total of about 27 years starting with RietAid on State Street then Walgreens on Euclid. Recently Walgreens pulled a stunt that would NEVER see me using their pharmacy again. They, without notice, closed the Euclid Avenue location and expected me to drive further to another location. THEN they failed to properly transfer my medications to another Walgreens. Employees stated the prescriptions were transfered to one specific location, then another and I could not get things like blood pressure meds and epipens. I decided to transfer to CVS here on the TN side at Virginia Avenue and yep, they screwed that up so bad that the pharmacist there couldn't get anything done and I literally had to contact all of my Doctor's to have my prescriptions called into CVS. Not a good experience.

I live in South Carolina and I'm a senior citizen. I couldn't go to the funeral so I appreciate them doing this for me. I called the flower shops and they all had AI voices could never talk to anyone or nobody ever answered the phone. It just rang and rang and the voicemails were full so the florist lost my business and Food City gain it. I appreciate all they did for me , during this horrible time in my life.

I must say that it has been a long time since I have dealt with a business that seems to care so much for their patients. I can call there anytime and speak directly to a pharmacist and the pharmacist will help pursue refills and modifications. Hollie has been exceptional and I feel lucky to have found this pharmacy.
