First order I was told they were "out of stock" by the rep, which by the way took HOURS to get ahold of! She didn't even give me the chance to give my order number before she immediately said they're out of stock, so whatever. I tried to order different pairs this time, 4h later -- canceled. Again. You cannot get ahold of their customer service unless you're willing to wait hours, and when you do, they're completely useless. I will not be trying to purchase from them again, I'd recommend finding a different shoe company. This company is awful.

They sell all the big names: DKNY, Anne Klein, Jessica Simpson, Carlos Santana, Franco Sarto, Nine West, New Balance, Nike... and the list goes on and on. From what I have heard, these shoes have been worn a time or two for modeling (this is hearsay, I have NO confirmation of this) and then have ended up in the store for you to purchase. Most of the shoes I have purchased here have cost $20-$30. They have everything from flip flops to stilettos, fashion boots to work boots to running shoes. I love to come here if I'm looking for a very specific, perhaps off the wall kind of shoe- like a bright blue stilletto sandal to match a skirt I bought or something I may not have luck finding in a department store. Something else unique about this place, they only carry 1-2 pairs of each type of shoe in a given size. If you find something you love in a size 7, that may be the only pair in the store. If it doesn't fit, you may not be able to find it in a different size. They have some nice men's shoes as well, and they get a handful of pairs in really big sizes (my brother wears a 17, so I keep an eye out for him). They also sell some heavy duty work boots and steel toed rubber boots for those who may be looking for something they can get dirty. Handbags: I got my favorite purse ever here for $40 (on sale from 70) and when I took it out to the car and opened it up, I found the department store price on the inside pocket which said "Sale price, $298". I about wet my pants, because I'd never even heard of the designer before, I just loved the bag. Like I said, unbeatable prices. In case you can't tell, I love Beaty's. I have bought several pairs of shoes from this store and have never had an experience like I just…read morehad there. I went in store to return a pair of boots that I purchased last week from them, the associate at the front desk took the boots had no problem processing the return, other than the fact that I forgot the receipt at home. Not a problem, I went home grabbed the receipt and put them in my car to return the next day, which happens to be today. I go to take the boots in today and the lady at the front, whom is different than the lady yesterday, refuses to accept the boots back as she says it is clear that I have worn them. Now the bottoms of the boots do have dirt in them, however I did NOT wear these boots. I wore them in store, when I was walking all over the store to make sure they were stable, then I tried them on in my house, the only places those boots were worn were in the store and in my house. There is no damage to the bottom of the boots, only dirt, which if you go in store you will notice dirt on several pairs of their shoes, something I noticed when I was trying on several pairs of shoes, before choosing the boots. I understand their policy, but I am extremely frustrated as someone who has bought several pairs of shoes from this business in the past, because I actually did wear these shoes out and about. If the policy means to say there cannot be any dirt or residue on the bottom of the shoes then the owner needs to check the stock she has in store because this is ridiculous. She told me that she would 'look at the cameras' and give me feedback on two days to determine if this is the state that the shoes left in. I know that me posting this means I probably won't get a refund, but I had to share my honest thoughts and opinions on this place. Moving forward I will not be shopping at this store because the owners attitude was so poor and I cannot believe the customer service. To think that I would have been able to return them yesterday if I had my receipt because her employees looked at the bottoms of these boots and believed that I hadn't worn them outside. That should tell you about all you need to know. I thought the boots were so beautiful and was only returning them because since buying them I found a better pair of boots for the fall that I purchased. This whole experience has tarnished how I look at the shoes, I do not foresee myself wearing them and I honestly don't even want them in my house.
