Just found out they removed my windshield washer fluid reservoir and didn't put the part back on the car or return it to me...as far as my knowledge they must give back all parts taken off the car...potentially illegal...nice driving in Michigan winter with no washer fluid....this place is a joke!!!

Today I arrived to get an estimate on a small scratch and I was told I needed to make an appointment and they were booked. I was surprised! 8:30 AM, not a car to be seen, and I only needed a 5 min review. I stayed in lot for 15 min and still no one other car appeared for a quote. As much as I love you guys, a 5 minute quote should have been possible.
