We rent our beach house a few weeks, and they are a great help in organizing and managing the process(switch-overs, on-call handyman, cleaning service etc). Renaissance has helped with everything from adding a new 2nd floor deck, to scheduling a spa service for our pool. For everything from simple advice abouth the Island to construction call them!
