When the rain was coming through my roof so bad, I had to hire someone on my own to diagnose the leak (WHICH IS NOT COMING FROM THE SKYLIGHTS) and they are not only ignoring my claim, they refuse to refund my $1900 that I gave them for skylights that I thought I had no choice but to order. They say they're "custom made" and that's why they're so much. Skylights are a piece of glass costing $2-$300 tops. They are taking advantage of people and scamming everyone out of money while failing to maintain the buildings' structure. Marie and Joanne in the office are unbelievably rude and unprofessional, telling me that "they can't stop the rain" when I asked how I'm suppose to live with a leaking ceiling and rapidly increasing water damage. They were unwilling to help me in any way, even something temporary to stop the leak until the issue was resolved. This is an unsafe environment for my family and I am actively filing suit.
