He remained my Real Estate Agent in several different capacities for the next 10 years or so. He was my Property Manager for the main bulk of time, and then when I was ready to sell, he easily slipped into being the Seller's Agent and represented me while I lived several hours away. During the time he was my Property Manager, Mike kept the condo full. I had a very good rate as far as low vacancy. He took care of issues as they came up and was very responsive (phone, text and email). He charged a fair rate as far as his commissions and would make sure I was happy with the final amount. As my Real Estate Agent, he found buyer's within a month, and we closed last week. It was a smooth sale, no glitches along the way from start to finish. Mike has a lot of connections in the area, and was always able to get the reliable handyman, Sears guy, or chimney sweep whenever needed, which is a big relief when, as the owner, you live hundreds of miles away from your property. We've been dealing with Victoria, she invited us for view on Saturday and by the time we arrived there was nobody at home, current tenants was not aware about any views that day so we waited around 40 minutes and we felt so bad about pushing them to come back home on weekend. After that we submit our documents and still waiting for any kind of response. Victoria told us that she will need few day and after that never replied back. Maybe owner was not happy about us as a tenants or they find better peoples - thats fine, but the fact that agent just ignored us and never even replied back, she never informed us about decision and just wasted our time. If you decided to work with peoples - please, reply and provide information for your customers and stay in touch, do not become invisible if something going wrong.
