Under the recommendation from a coworker, I came here after our previous agent failed to find us anything decent. Thankfully, Carol came through with shining colors. Now, I'm not TOO picky of a guy, but I knew what we wanted in a house, and how much we wanted to spend. Most importantly, I didn't want any salesman BS about how "with only a little bit of work, you can knock down these six walls, build a new kitchen, finish the basement, and do a small addition to the bedroom", or that buying a craphole of a house was a "great investment". In the wake of Hurricane Sandy & the housing bubble, a lot of people were trying to sell their beaten-up / tiny / unkempt houses for *way* more than they were worth, and Carol was there - day after day, putting up with us and my (often crass) sense of humor while we hunted for a place where the sellers weren't nuts.
