The team did a very thorough inspection of my car and was incredibly honest and transparent about what needed to be fixed and what didn't. I was worried that I might need an expensive repair, but Alex explained my options and even advised against paying for additional testing because he didn't think it was worth the cost. They also identified an issue with my rear brakes but let me know I could safely fix that when I got home rather than pressuring me to do all the repairs right away. Within two days, my car was repaired and ready to hit the road again! Alex even showed me the broken motor part himself. Additionally, Alex fixed 6 light bulbs and found a piece of plastic dragging on the bottom of the car which he fixed for no charge. It's such a relief to find a mechanic who genuinely prioritizes honesty and their customers' best interests. I can't recommend this shop enough, especially if you're traveling and need someone you can trust. Huge thanks to Alex for all of his help!

The reaction from the owner/ mechanic was less than we had hoped for and way worse than what everybody else gives five stars for. Upon arriving in the early afternoon my partner tried to get an estimate and some information and inform the mechanic of the issues and problems that we have been having with our vehicle. Try to set an appointment but before we could even discuss it he cut him off and said he had no time, he was too busy, and said good luck! It's a shame because we were hoping from the glowing five star reviews that this is a place that we could take our vehicle and get it repaired but if they don't want our business then I guess we'll take his advice and go somewhere else.
