    This facility is really poorly maintained considering the fact that that we pay such high taxes to live here.

More polluted vehicles being sent when IEP includes not being around irritants. Dist is not complying adequately & it IS possible to do. 03/14/19 Thurs., Special Needs child brought home on a notoriously polluted vehicle that was previously requested NOT to transport child. Now Aurora Naper this a.m. suddenly has a child in the vehicle LADENED with cologne. This is abuse/bullying using another, I will update as needed. 03/18/19 same transport vehicle with cologne came in a.m. combined w/some other chemical in it & after child sat in vehicle started to experience frontal head pain crying for Mom to help him. Male driver stated he did not smell anything in prior vehicle that I requested NOT pick up child so his sense of smell must be deadened. IS THIS RIGHT? When will Dist. 58 & Aurora Naper accommodate consistently? Another Doctors letter submitted. Same guy as yesterday came this a.m. to pick child up with stronger chemical odor today. All I said was he is not going, you have stuff in the van. This has all been relayed to Aurora Naper per Jessica/Dist. 58 but appears to be getting worse instead of better & is the responsibility of Dist. 58 to provide adequate accommodating transport. 03/20/19 same driver came with what seemed to be a non-polluted vehicle. Just wait for return home...just sayin'. Home okay & 03/21/19 a.m. pick up okay so far drop off okay; 03/22/19 a.m. seemed less toxic, but it should not have taken my contacting Dist. Board Members over this yet NO Board Member contacted me. Just when I thought it was okay, 04/01/19 Monday: Myself & child went down approx. 7:20 a.m. to wait for Aurora Naper, I threw out garbage & noticed no one was here for pick up. My child saw no one either (even from unit windows). After a while of waiting, we went back up. I sent a message at 8:01 a.m. about this to Jessica Dist. 58 & Andy SASED. Eventually Jessica responded with "The cab company has indicated that they were at your location at 7:22 a.m. this morning. They indicated that they saw you taking out the garbage and that they thought you saw them. They waited the 10 minutes they should prior to leaving. I'm not sure what the confusion was but we'll plan for the same time tomorrow." THEY were NO where near the entry/exit door to building so they appeared to be concealed & not where they actually should have been as their "location" was NOT visible to myself or child, we saw no one so if they are not where they should have been, they wait 10 minutes & leave, that is on them & anyone involved with the transgressions. I have requested assistance from Dist. 58 Board Members. This appears to be what is occurring due to my advocacy for my Sp. Ed. child. 04/02/19 driver for this a.m. claimed to have been at building 04/01/19, he joked about it. UPDATE: 09/19/19 Thurs. GAMES Continue: Aurora Naper was to pick us up at 6:30 p.m., Downers Grove Library We were downstairs at 6:25 p.m. waiting until 6:55 p.m. before going upstairs to utilize a computer. 2 messages left for Aurora Naper with number-No Return Call. Jessica S., Dist. 58 was contacted due to it being for tutoring. She responded only after I submitted to New Superintendent & claimed this: Jessica S. Sep 19, 2019, 7:23 PM to me, Kevin, Jennifer Hello, Aurora Naper said that they waited outside for 15 minutes for you and Child to arrive and attempted to reach you via your cell number but no one picked up. When they did not hear from you and no one came out of the library, they left. They are sending their nearest driver to you now however he is coming from Joliet. Ron, the owner is a very accomodating and professional person. I booked a black sedan for my daughter and her boyfriend's prom. As my daughter is only 15 and the boy is 18, I had expressed my concerns to Ron about the situation with her being younger. Ron assured me that his driver "Sam" would take as good care of my daughter as he would his own kids and that he did! Sam rolled up in his sedan that was immaculately kept (looked like he just waxed it). He exchanged numbers with me and the kids and he made sure that he called me when the kids got there and then when they were on their way back. Sam was a great driver and the kids loved him. I can't tell you how pleased I am with this limo service and I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others. Thank you Ron and Sam for a job well done! Barbara B.

    This was the absolute worst service I have ever recieved... for ANYTHING! My party was scheduled…read moreto be picked up from Batavia at 7pm and picked up from our location in Chicago at 10:15pm, had these times confirmed via email and voice mail multiple times before the service. At 7pm I get a call stating that our driver TONY is running late... no big deal right? Wrong because he version of late means 45min later when we are supposed to be seated for our show in Chicago by 8:30, so we have exactly 45 min to get there! Fortunately we make it there by the skin of our teeth and the show hadn't begun on time so we were fine. As we exit the limo TONY proceeds to basically tell us that we are going to give him a break because he got us there without missing the show, that my name was in fact the first name of another party he was supposed to be dealing with that night and argued with me about what my name was and then tried to reconfirm a pick up time of 12:15. What?!?! Uh no, so when I corrected him and told him once again that my name was not Tracy and that our confirmed pick up time was 10:15 he then said "oh ok, I must have just had you confused with someone else... no problem"... ok fine. Show gets out at 10, my group including two very pregnant women are standing curbside waiting patiently for 10:15 to roll around and still no TONY. So, I call him and first time he doesn't pick up... 2nd time he answers the phone "yeeaaahhh...." so I told him once again, who I was and was calling to make sure that he was going to be there to get us any minute and not at 12:15 like he tried to confirm curbside earlier that evening. He then told me "yeah no, that wasn't the confirmation time I was given" so I reminded him that we definetely had the conversation on the curb about how the 12:15 time was wrong and that I had email and voice mail to prove him otherwise. He continued to argue with me about it and said the earliest he could be there was in 45 minutes and that we were to just "deal with it". Completely enraged I told him that was unacceptable and then he said he would try to figure something out and call be back. No call back from TONY, tried to call the owner myself and only got voice mail, and every member of my group tried to call TONY when he wouldn't pick up for me only to get the same voice mail I was getting. 2 hours pass and still no Limo or call from anybody. We got a ride home from a friend of the family who was completely inconvenienced. Next day I tried calling the company got a voice mail and then my husband called and was able to talk to the owner. His story was that TONY said he was only 20 min late and that a member of my party had changed the pick up time to 12:15. We still had to pay for our ride out there but not the ride home. He basically believed the scam artist employee over his customers. DON'T ANYBODY USE THIS SERVICE they obviously contain no professionalism and care nothing about their customers!

She never called back, & after talking with her 3 times & hearing multiple excuses she finally said that the trolley WOULDNT BE COMING because the driver didn't show & there were no back up drivers. She was NOT apologetic, offered NO compensation beyond a refund (even when we offered to reschedule if given some compensation/incentive, like one free hour), & when told that the party was ruined she retorted "Well how do you think I FEEL?! What about ME?! This is MY BUSINESS!" Incredibly unprofessional. We made the best of the party & set off on foot... but all I could think was, what if it had been a WEDDING?! Consider this a fair warning...

Unfortunately, the experience was dismal - mostly due to the horrifying customer service I received in working with the owner, Steve Hudson. The ride went smoothly - all the guests had a blast and at the end of the night we thanked the driver and provided him with a tip. I had received an email from Steve the following week letting me know that I owed additional money because my guests had broken a seat on the trolley. I was not aware of any damage to the trolley, as I was never notified of anything broken at the end of my ride. It is the company's job to notify me of any damages at the end of the night, so I can sign off on them. However, that did not happen in this case, and Steve had given me a lot of grief when I pushed back asking for proof of the damage given that I was never made aware the night of the event. In fact, when Steve had reached out originally he had already assumed that I knew about the damages. When I told him that I did not, he thought that I was making this up and was accusing him of pulling a fast one on me to try to get more money. Additionally, when all I asked from him was proof, he deferred to just making me pay for all the revenue lost on the truck while it was getting its seat fixed, and even threatening to take me to court - rather than just following in suit to my ask and providing me the sufficient evidence I deserve. Given that Steve is the owner of a business where he is servicing customers, you would expect that he would understand the mantra that the "customer is always right" and comes first. I did not ask much from him, just proof that the trolley I had rented out was the one that had a broken seat - since I was not pointed this out after the ride had ended. Right off the bat he retaliated to give me a hard time, with unacceptable tone, manner, and actions. Please refer to the below communication I had with him to show how rude and unacceptable his treatment was of this situation. I do not recommend the Trolley Car & Bus Company at all. The owner does not deserve anyone's business if he is going to treat his customers with complete disregard as he did with me. If you are considering to rent a trolley in Chicago, please consider other companies as I do not want anyone to have to deal with Steve in the way I have had to. I actually did not know that there was damage to the trolley - the driver did not point anything out, and I did a check at the end of the night and saw no damage or broken items. This is the first I'm hearing of any issues. Because I did not see any type of damage, I am not willing to pay the fee until I see photographic proof of the situation that also proves it is directly from the trolley I rented. I do not want to be difficult, but as I said, this is the first I'm hearing of this and your email makes it sound as if I was already aware. Thanks for your cooperation. We will take the vehicle out of service and have the damage repaired by the dealer. When I signed it, there was nothing written about a broken seat. I did not know anything about a broken seat, had not seen any evidence of it, nor was told by the driver about it before signing anything. I'm not trying to be a pain here, I just don't feel comfortable paying without being aware of or seeing clear evidence of something that is broken. You didn't sign, that's not your signature, you signed it in the beginning of the evening and "broken seat" wasn't noted. Here's how I see it. Seat was not broken at 10:00 p.m. and was found broken at 1:00 a.m. You have a very unique D in your signature so clearly it's your signature. I was unable to reach your driver yesterday and will not see him until Saturday. I have asked him to write out the timeline and description of person who signed his paperwork...
