I came in on my lunch break to grab my friend a juice. Asked the guy working roughly how long it would take, he told me 5 minutes max. I proceeded to wait for 17 minutes as a large group came in behind me. The workers had no sense of urgency, even though a large volume of customers just came in. My drink was called after some of the people behind me who got the same drink. I also watched as they made the drinks that they poured various juice mixed into blenders. I don't think I saw any real fresh fruit used. For a bunch of mixes blended with ice it is extremely over priced, even if it is "good for you". I won't be returning. read more

Healthy, all organic menu filled with cold pressed juices, salads, smoothies etc. It is a little on the pricey side but worth it to know you're eating clean, healthy power food! I told the lady ringing me up that I like very fruity smoothies so she recommended the source to me and I added pineapple and raspberries. I paid about $11 for this smoothie and I hated it! Yay, Spokane! Healthy, vegan food with a line out the door! Not a lot of options, but there's no Ranch dressing anywhere. The salad was great, the hummus was super tasty and the portions were the size a vegan likes to eat! The price was more than fair, as far as I'm concerned, considering almost all other restaurants are serving irradiated, conventional Food Service of America. They do stop serving soup and rice bowls at 3:00 which was a bummer and was not explained why. read more

Now and again I just want to drink my food. And Method Juice delivers a fresh and tasty approach to this alternative food demographic. I went in there wanting something healthy with lots of greens and just enough fruit for a sweet after note. They made a few suggestions and threw it all in a blender and voila .. a heavenly shake to slurp on as your walking down the street or enjoy it there at a seat next to the window. In 90 degree weather and in dire need of something to drink, I opted for method because of their healthy drinks and it's conveniently next to the mall where we parked. When we first walk in the atmosphere is very clean, with nice music and nice staff. They were kind enough to help my younger brother decide on a type of juice and even gave him samples of some of the ingredients that he was curious about. If their was one thing I was disappointed about is that of their 8+ smoothies, they are primarily composed of the same generic ingredients like banana, orange, coconut milk. And what distinguishes each other is usually one or two ingredients and that's it. The total price will come to near $9 for a 16oz (only size they have), but the taste is amazing. We got the "legit." I definitely recommend going here for some tasty smoothies though don't expect unique ingredients that will blow you away for the price. read more

We just had finished working out, and were quite excited to grab some lunch at this healthy establishment. As you may know there is only street parking available and I don't know about you, but I don't carry quarters in my workout pants. (It annoys the person running next to me on the tread mill) Anyhow, I politely asked the girl at the counter for change for a dollar to pay for our parking and her response went something like this. " I'm sorry, we can't do that for you...but, there is a bank on the corner" I replied that we were going to be having lunch there and she said "No, I only have 3 dollars worth here and I can't run out." Are you kidding me??? There were 3 other employees working and 2 customers in the store. One may think if the only parking is street parking, it may benefit the establishment to make sure this was a necessity that is taken care of on a daily basis. Had we not been meeting a friends I would have walked out and spent my money elsewhere. None the less I walked into the bank on the corner and took the initiative to get ten dollars in quarters to pay for my lunch. As for the food... The quinoa salad with tahini dressing was delicious. Just the right amount of dressing and veggies to get me energized for the rest of the day. Yet, not good enough for me to get past the lack of customer service in the beginning. I feel the need to mention that I left my purse on the chair and realized it as I was getting in my car outside. When my husband ran back in the girl said "you left your bag." Their food is absolutely superb and consistent every time. The interior is well designed and smells of freshly juiced fruits and vegetables and if you're luck they'll be making their homemade chili. If you're a music fan it's also a great place to discover new uniquely talented artists because they play a plethora of songs. A group of friends an I came here to try a juice bar. It was a mistake. Two of the three smoothies we tried were bad. One tastes like dirt and the other (which took 20 minutes to get since they forgot about it) like blended up PBJ sandwich(not in a good way). The power bowl wasn't bad. The Hearty bowl was wierd and generaly underwhelming. Overall we just thought it was akward, loud and not worth the expensive price tags ($8 for 16 oz. Of mediocrity) Maybe we're not hip enough to enjoy it since as an average person we all thought it was too much of a "hipster" place. At least we know not to make the same mistake again. read more
