Kentucky gun company called next day and said they couldn't ship for 3 days so I would need to pay an additional $30 in shipping cost to make up for their lag time. So I cancelled. I wish I could do 4.5 stars, but yelp has not caught up to that just yet. This place has plenty of racks, bikes, and even a 200 meter track. To seasoned Crossfiters that's a bonus, no wondering where the 400 or 800 meter marks are, we just have to count the laps by two. I am a seasoned CrossFiter and I know good coaching, mediocre and Trash. I only dealt with 3 while here and one was just once. All great coaches!! Different styles but all great coaches. The only reason I am dinging the gym .5 star is the programming. I am not a fan of mayhem and I really don't know why so many gyms follow it. I can see the good to it, but I can also see the not so great to it. It's better than CompTrain but a close second to me in my humble opinion. However this place really does have it all! Nice members and great coaches. I will definitely be back when I am in the area!

Her energy and kindness is what drives you to want to work harder. All the instructors are great and always have you feeling welcomed. They always change things up so you're not feeling stagnant. Like with any exercise program, the more consistent you are the better results. The instructors are great about taking your limitations and physical restrictions into consideration to protect you from strain or injury. A couple of things that have stood out the most over the years is that any body shaming is NOT tolerated. That is important and impressive as many individuals may feel it's hard to start for fear of judgment of others. That's not a worry or concern here at all. Just know that it's also not a social hour. Most talking is done before or after classes to allow everyone to focus on their routine. The other stand out is seeing the results. Personally, I'm not consistent enough to see significant results. However, having attended classes over the last couple of years, the results are apparent in those who have maintained regularly consistent visits. For myself, times I've had to take breaks and return, there's a noticeable difference in how my body reacts to the lack of consistency. There have been moments I've considered calling quits but knowing it works and makes a difference on my body, mind and soul is what keeps me coming back. Beyond Barre also offers Red Light therapy. My chiropractor recently started offering it for patients. You can do short visits, but the same your best results are in routine visits. I'm going Iryna will bring back Yoga nights. The best sleep I get are after those routines. Members can bring guests for free on Friday nights and class schedules may change a little with new programs that Iryna introduces. From time to time she offers great promos for anyone wanting to just try it out. You'd be welcomed with open arms and encouraged to try again. Absolutely, worth it!

Healthy shakes and boba tea are all the rage. They appear to be popping up everywhere and are very popular. Like most shops they have the trendy selfie wall with flowers and a neon sign. They also boast endless amounts of flavors to for anyone's taste buds. On my visit in October they had a really fun and cool themed Halloween menu. Me and a buddy of mine both ordered off that. I personally got the monster mash shake which was a mint and white chocolate infused shake. It was really really good. My big knock usually on protein/healthy shakes is the flavor starts strong but then has a strange after taste. No weird after taste on this. Just pure mint chocolate deliciousness. My buddy went with Pennywise Bobba tea. I can't remember the ingredients but it had a cool two tone color and good flavor and he loved it. Said it was best boba he has ever had. Said the boba instead of being chewy almost pops when it hits your taste buds. The owner happened to be there and she was super awesome and nice. Seems to be very involved with the local community and excited to be in her location. I advised her I wasn't a big tea or boba person so she told me I had to try their skittles tea. So she gave me a smaller sample cup and wow was she right! Very good! Tastes like fruit punch kool aid to me. So I guess I can say I "sort of like tea now". Overall this was a great experience and a tasty one. Easy to support local business when they have a good product and owners and workers who are genuine. I look forward to returning.
