Wow. Do yourself a favor & book now! I can't even believe…read morethe energy I felt during my session. I chose the Reiki with crystals! I am so glad I went with this. It took me forever to finally book my appointment but I think it happened right as the universe intended it to be. I live in Louisville & it is more than worth the drive & then some! She is amazing & beyond talented in her gift. Speechless comes to mind. I hope you choose to book your appointment. I guarantee you won't be disappointed. Since I had just retired after 25 years in the Army (that same month), I took this as a sign from the Universe it was time to sit down and take a break! I spent the next few months on the business plan, creating content, and confirming my passion to offer healing services to the community. The studio re-opened in June 2020 for reiki, then yoga classes shortly after, but at 1/2 capacity. Since then, I have been building momentum, adding classes, and seeing new faces every week. This is just the beginning as I'm adding more instructors and class diversity/ times as the studio evolves. I wasn't here for the yoga, but the cafe seems to fall under the same umbrella. Judging by prior…read morereviews it has gone through some major changes in its time. What I encountered was a good-sized cafe with sugary beverages, waffles, and pastries (they had one salad, but I wouldn't call it a health food place). The apple butter chai I went for delivered pretty much the flavor you'd expect from that name, rather excessively sweet but fun. A waffle with banana and some very sticky Nutella was nicely carmelized. I kind of wish they still had the salad bar that some of these other reviewers seem to have encountered, which if it still exists escaped my gaze. Nonetheless, the cafe was pretty good for what it was.

While strolling the street(s) of downtown Danville, my boyfriend and I were searching for a good place to stop in for a snack before our drive back to Lexington. After poking out heads in to look at the menu posted on the open door, we decided to have a seat when we saw there was also a bar with TVs so we could watch some march madness. Since it was St Paddy's Day, there was a drink special and we each ordered a beer as well as an order of chips and guacamole. The guac was plentiful and the bartender told us to let her know if we needed a refill on chips. There were a lot of other menu options that sounded appetizing and healthy as well, including juices, smoothies and smoothie bowls, coffee/tea, oatmeal, toast, salads, soups, and sandwiches! I can't speak with experience for the fitness classes; but they offer yoga, hot yoga, barre, pilates, as well as cycling classes. I can see this being a popular spot for Centre students, as its in an easy walking distance from campus. There was also a small stage set up for what looks like singers/bands/open mic nights! Plank on Main is definitely a great addition to downtown Danville
