I confirmed with the driver that the rocks could be placed in the driveway. Instead, the driver dumped the rocks over the planted area, burying and damaging property and plants. I called their customer service and received a very rude response. I understand they are not responsible for damages but to me it is a question of common sense and intelligence not to damage property. The photos show how clearly there is space in the driveway.

We had a great experience with Vinyl Industries. Some of our neighbors referred them to us and we…read morecontacted a couple other vinyl fence companies to make sure we had competing bids. Vinyl Industries was significantly lower than any other bid. While I'm not one to just go with the cheapest bid, we were very impressed with the salesman, Ryan, who we felt was thorough and understood what we wanted. He also had excellent communication skills and responded to questions very promptly. When the day came to install the fence the crew showed up on time and took two days to set all of our posts. We were installing about 200' of fence line. I previously used little yard flags to mark all of my sprinkler heads to help the installers know where they are and to protect my sprinkler system. Only one of the heads was in the way and they carefully relocated a few inches away neatly. But the biggest surprise was when they showed up four days earlier than scheduled to finish our fence. They did this so they could start on our neighbors fence the next week. The fence looks amazing and we've received a few compliments from neighbors who also were impressed with the crew.

But their employees (especially Junior) wanted to find a solution. While it took them a little while to figure out how to modify the new construction to meet our fence- they did it and it worked perfectly. The original cabinets in our kitchen were deteriorating and, as one thing led to another, we…read moredecided to gut the kitchen and start over. (Note: never start a project that involves removing travertine tile!) We discussed our project with Woodcraft and with two other cabinet makers, and elected to proceed with Woodcraft. Woodcraft gave us a tour of their facility. And took a lot of time with us considering options for woods, finishes, etc. Finally, we agreed on a schedule and a price. And kept to the schedule: the cabinets were delivered in the week specified. Peyton and Gabe arrived to install them, and altered as necessary. (No measurements are perfect, and "almost perfect" didn't suffice for us. Our granite countertop contractor made some measurement errors that required either cutting new granite or altering the cabinets, and the cheapest and fastest course was to alter the cabinets. And Woodcraft came back immediately to remove the cabinets and cut them down by 3/8" in height. They were patient in teaching me how to adjust the self-closing drawer and door hardware, should that ever become necessary. The cabinets look perfect: the wood grain is continuous from ceiling to floor. Great attention to detail. I would use Woodcraft again in a heartbeat.
