I had an excellent experience with both Luis and the entire Canopy team. Luis took the time to meet with me in person and make sure I saw all of the tile colors and samples before making my decision. He was communicative and responsive throughout the entire process, the end result was perfect, and the price was very reasonable. Recently, I had a leak coming from an area under a flat roof that Canopy had not installed. I contacted the roofer who had done that portion of the roof to help diagnose and fix the issue, but unfortunately had a very frustrating experience (which I reviewed separately). I immediately called Luis to see if he could offer any advice or point me in the right direction. Luis answered the phone right away and, almost THREE years later, remembered me and addressed me by name. Even though this wasn't a part of the roof Canopy had installed--and they don't even do TPO flat roofs--Luis immediately offered to come to my house and help me figure out what was going on. He spent over an hour with me, listening carefully to what had happened, getting up on the roof to investigate, and helping me systematically test different areas with a hose to try to identify the source of the leak. After we thoroughly investigated the issue, he even offered to help me get a quote for the repair through a partner contractor who specializes in flat roofs. I am incredibly grateful not only for the quality of Canopy's work, but for the exceptional and genuinely personal customer service. The fact that Luis was willing to spend so much time helping me with an issue that wasn't even related to the roof Canopy installed says everything about the kind of company they are. I would absolutely recommend Canopy Roofing and Luis to anyone looking for a roofer. It's rare to find this level of professionalism, responsiveness, and personal care.

I had some issues with my soffits that came up during a routine annual insurance inspection, and Luis came out right away. When he came out, he told me that all that was needed was repositioning of the soffit panels (which he did) and it looked good as new. Since it ended up being a straightforward job, he didn't even charge me, even though he took the time to drive out and fix the issue. Will definitely be using this company for any of my roofing issues moving forward. 10/10 would recommend!

Their loss and I will now always be calling Sean and ARR for repairs ( even though my garbage HOA should have to repair the roof since it is a shared roof). When I called Sean he was very professional and was able to come out within the 24 hours to see what needed to be done. He showed up on time and was very thorough. He provided me with a fair estimate, and detailed everything that needed to be done and why. After accepting the estimate, we scheduled the repair job, which was within the next 48 hours. The repair went off without a hitch. Very pleased with the outcome. If I have any say when the HOA goes to redo all of the roofs, I will petition to have ARR do it!

In 2018, we met with Maycol Delgado because we were thinking about re-roofing our home. Maycol really impressed us with his presentation, he thoroughly went through every single step of their process, and listened to our concerns answering every single question. A few years passed and Maycol kept in touch with us. Finally in 2020, we were able to move forward with this enormous project, and frankly we were petrified that the experience would be stressful and taxing to our family life, especially since my husband and I are working from home due to Covid-19. Even though Maycol had gone point by point on what to expect, we were still very apprehensive of having our property in chaos while the roof job was completed. On day one, we had the a crew show up and we noticed that our pool was completely covered with a tarp protecting its surface. The crew worked tirelessly until evening. What shocked my husband and I was how at the end of the day, there was a completely detailed cleanup of properly. That evening, we stood outside and could not believe that anyone had been at our home. I even saw a worker carefully clean our outdoor furniture and coffee table. This kind of professionalism and attention to detail continued daily as we watched in amazement at these gentlemen work long hours. Each and every one of them was courteous when we spoke to them. Jorge, our project manager was in constant communication with us and was always available whenever a question came-up. Roberto was also available whenever we needed him. Rafael was also instrumental in this project. Maycol stopped by the house several times to check up on the progress. What an incredible group of professionals! Our roof passed every inspection without a glitch, and the work was completed on time. We are so happy and excited with the way our home looks with our beautiful new roof, but we are even happier with the entire experience. Without a doubt, we will only use T&S Roofing for all of our roofing needs and have already given their information to all of our friends and family.

After that, everything went downhill. They started the job and then stopped, leaving piles of debris all over my yard for almost a month. When I checked the roof myself, I found that the job wasn't even done -- the tarp is still on the roof held down with bags of dirt, and several damaged areas were never touched. To be honest, I don't even think they did any real work at all. From what I can see, it looks like they just threw some cement on a few broken areas and walked away. The roof is still in the same condition as before, and nothing looks properly repaired. Months later, they tried to charge me an extra $7,000 and claimed the project was complete, which is absolutely false. I tried contacting Max many times. I also reached out to the other person who had been handling my project, and he told me he no longer worked for the company and that I should call the office directly. Despite many calls and emails, no one has responded. Now I'm worried that the unfinished area of the roof is leaking and may be causing mold. I will be seeking legal help due to the incomplete work, the terrible workmanship, and the attempt to overcharge me. Save yourself the headache. Do NOT hire this company. Their marketing looks good, but the quality of their work is horrible.
