Their professionalism was present during the entire process. From discussing the project with Juan to setting up the process with July Cruz, who was always on target and in communication with me, was top notch. The crew worked an entire day until my new flat roof was completed. Everything was cleaned immediately and no mess was left. The crew is friendly and the foreman gave me feedback from time to time. The next day, Mauricio and a couple of workers waited about 6 or 7 hours for the inspector to arrive and sign off. I truly recommend Canopy. All paperwork was provided to me timely. The cost was within a couple of hundreds more from the other companies I consulted, but the quality and value for my money was another plus by choosing Canopy.

Even though Maycol had gone point by point on what to expect, we were still very apprehensive of having our property in chaos while the roof job was completed. On day one, we had the a crew show up and we noticed that our pool was completely covered with a tarp protecting its surface. The crew worked tirelessly until evening. What shocked my husband and I was how at the end of the day, there was a completely detailed cleanup of properly. That evening, we stood outside and could not believe that anyone had been at our home. I even saw a worker carefully clean our outdoor furniture and coffee table. This kind of professionalism and attention to detail continued daily as we watched in amazement at these gentlemen work long hours. Each and every one of them was courteous when we spoke to them. After that, everything went downhill. They started the job and then stopped, leaving piles of debris all over my yard for almost a month. When I checked the roof myself, I found that the job wasn't even done -- the tarp is still on the roof held down with bags of dirt, and several damaged areas were never touched. To be honest, I don't even think they did any real work at all. From what I can see, it looks like they just threw some cement on a few broken areas and walked away. The roof is still in the same condition as before, and nothing looks properly repaired. Months later, they tried to charge me an extra $7,000 and claimed the project was complete, which is absolutely false. I tried contacting Max many times. I also reached out to the other person who had been handling my project, and he told me he no longer worked for the company and that I should call the office directly. Despite many calls and emails, no one has responded. Now I'm worried that the unfinished area of the roof is leaking and may be causing mold. I will be seeking legal help due to the incomplete work, the terrible workmanship, and the attempt to overcharge me. Save yourself the headache. Do NOT hire this company. Replacement of a large roof is messy work and Jason Caston and his crew took measures to protect our landscaping, driveways and pool and deck areas - everyday. Recently we noticed a leak from a bathroom ceiling! Jason responded immediately and after a thorough examination it turned out our the sealing of our stone/coral chimney (40 years old) had finally succumbed to age. Water was leaching through the chimney seams. Prior to ascertaining it was the chimney and completely repairing that leak, Jason and his team did meaningful replacement work of a section of our roof which proved unnecessary. His company probably spent 6 full days in repairing the roof (unnecessary) and the chimney. He replaced the bathroom ceiling and repainted that room!
