I had an excellent experience with both Luis and the entire Canopy team. Luis took the time to meet with me in person and make sure I saw all of the tile colors and samples before making my decision. He was communicative and responsive throughout the entire process, the end result was perfect, and the price was very reasonable. Recently, I had a leak coming from an area under a flat roof that Canopy had not installed. I contacted the roofer who had done that portion of the roof to help diagnose and fix the issue, but unfortunately had a very frustrating experience (which I reviewed separately). I immediately called Luis to see if he could offer any advice or point me in the right direction. Luis answered the phone right away and, almost THREE years later, remembered me and addressed me by name. Even though this wasn't a part of the roof Canopy had installed--and they don't even do TPO flat roofs--Luis immediately offered to come to my house and help me figure out what was going on. He spent over an hour with me, listening carefully to what had happened, getting up on the roof to investigate, and helping me systematically test different areas with a hose to try to identify the source of the leak. After we thoroughly investigated the issue, he even offered to help me get a quote for the repair through a partner contractor who specializes in flat roofs. I am incredibly grateful not only for the quality of Canopy's work, but for the exceptional and genuinely personal customer service. The fact that Luis was willing to spend so much time helping me with an issue that wasn't even related to the roof Canopy installed says everything about the kind of company they are. I would absolutely recommend Canopy Roofing and Luis to anyone looking for a roofer. It's rare to find this level of professionalism, responsiveness, and personal care.

Their loss and I will now always be calling Sean and ARR for repairs ( even though my garbage HOA should have to repair the roof since it is a shared roof). When I called Sean he was very professional and was able to come out within the 24 hours to see what needed to be done. He showed up on time and was very thorough. After that, everything went downhill. They started the job and then stopped, leaving piles of debris all over my yard for almost a month. When I checked the roof myself, I found that the job wasn't even done -- the tarp is still on the roof held down with bags of dirt, and several damaged areas were never touched. To be honest, I don't even think they did any real work at all. From what I can see, it looks like they just threw some cement on a few broken areas and walked away. The roof is still in the same condition as before, and nothing looks properly repaired. Months later, they tried to charge me an extra $7,000 and claimed the project was complete, which is absolutely false. I tried contacting Max many times. I also reached out to the other person who had been handling my project, and he told me he no longer worked for the company and that I should call the office directly. Despite many calls and emails, no one has responded. Now I'm worried that the unfinished area of the roof is leaking and may be causing mold. I will be seeking legal help due to the incomplete work, the terrible workmanship, and the attempt to overcharge me. Save yourself the headache. Do NOT hire this company. Their marketing looks good, but the quality of their work is horrible.
