I tried to show some grace and called THEM at 2pm to ask what was up. Got a story that they had an emergency job. So I let them convince me that they would in fact call me later today to reschedule for tomorrow and "a guarantee" they would come out tomorrow. Never called. Caston was very price competitive and their varied references were were candid and spoke highly of their work and workmanship. Replacement of a large roof is messy work and Jason Caston and his crew took measures to protect our landscaping, driveways and pool and deck areas - everyday. Recently we noticed a leak from a bathroom ceiling! Jason responded immediately and after a thorough examination it turned out our the sealing of our stone/coral chimney (40 years old) had finally succumbed to age. Water was leaching through the chimney seams. Prior to ascertaining it was the chimney and completely repairing that leak, Jason and his team did meaningful replacement work of a section of our roof which proved unnecessary. His company probably spent 6 full days in repairing the roof (unnecessary) and the chimney. He replaced the bathroom ceiling and repainted that room! Caston Roofing exceeded our expectations in every respect!
