So since he did this I will tell what transpired. I asked him if he could cut shorter after he completed the first cut. My family and neighbors agreed that it did not look good. However, I did not tell him that because I did not want to offend him. This was right after cut. I nicely texted him and asked if next time he could go shorter. He said ok. He then texted me on the day of the next cut and I just reminded him by saying ok thx and short. I then received a text he sent to someone of a screenshot of our conversation calling me a Stupid C --t. I told him that he sent the text to me " obviously by accident". I clearly was offended and it was completely unwarranted. Of course then stopped my service with him. I now just received a long text from him saying derogatory statements about me for texting him those two brief request. He said I was ignorant, rude, and disrespectful by me asking him about it being shorter. Claimed the two text were continuous (lying) only the two and one like I said was a reply to him and not even a sentence. He then proceeded to tell me to pick up my dog shit because he is a professional. Mind you I have an extremely small back yard with three dogs. I never met him in person. He would let me know roughly the day and then on that time he was coming. This was done when I was at work. Again, only twice. The only reason twice is because he did the lawn the second time before I saw his crass text.I never dealt with this kind of behavior from someone not only works for a business, but a family owned business. He needs to get his anger in check. I hope he does not continue to harass me.

Not only was his price fantastic (which made me somewhat skeptical on how well the job would be performed), but both him and his crew did an amazing job! They are very hard workers (which is rare nowadays) and got the job done much quicker than either of us thought possible! Not only did they work very hard, but they were super respectful, and completed all of our requests with skill! They even laid boards down where the trees fell taking care to ensure our yard, fence, and pond did not get damaged! They were very safe when taking down the trees as well and we had no concerns. They are very professional, respectful, kind, work hard, and do a phenomenal job! They even did our spring clean up for us and our front yard looks a million times better! Cook's Outdoor Contracting came in with a reasonable price, along with the soonest scheduling date. The actual dropping of the tree was amazingly fast, especially with such a large circumference (14'). The clean-up effort of the numerous small branches was immediate. The next day, Cook's pick up the huge pieces of the trunk for disposal & raked the lawn clean. Cook's was reasonably priced, timely in service & tidy clean-up. Job, Well Done! Thanks.
