The whole ordeal took a full month and was straightforward. We worked with VP supply to select the cabinets+layout, picked out the tile at best tile, and granite counter top from solid surfaces. I'm pretty keen on not getting overcharged for things, but I also know "You get what you pay for" After getting several quotes for a window replacement (old window out, new vinyl window in) I decided to give Mallo Home Improvement a go. Their quote wasn't as low as quotes from unverifiable sources (ie craigslist or such), they were much lower than the big box stores, and a few local shops. The Service: Mallo is good about working with your schedule to make the initial measurements. They don't stock the windows, so there was a couple week wait between the time I contracted the work, and the time it was completed, but nothing too long. They did a quality install job, and I've since called them back to do another window (currently on order). They have a small but nice showroom, making me rest assured I am in good hands and not some fly by night operation. I haven't looked into kitchen / bath renos with them, but plan to get more quotes from them in the future. Look back here for updated reviews as they will probably be my go-to guys. They also sent me a $100 gift certificate in the mail for christmas, which isn't good for repairs, but can be used if purchasing materials. Summary: Service: Good The Price: Competitive Service Area: ROC and surrounds Recommended - Yes!

I have the owner on camera telling his crew to cut corners unless the owner (me) notices then make the changes. Cut into my concrete incorrectly and had to patch my patio. Patio cover leaks and it took 10 months for him to come back out. Had someone else look beforehand and the said he never reattached the siding in the channel lock, so water got in. I have videos of the leaks and picture of the siding soaked; Mark the owner said it doesn't leak..... This guy is shady and so is his crew, lost his BBB status and his main manufacture dropped him and sent him a cueist and desist. His warranty is BS. You will regret any interaction with this scumbag. I tossed him off my property because you will get nowhere with him. Tearing mine down after 10 months to have someone else rebuild so we don't have the problems.
