Great experience with this shop! Everyone was super friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. You can tell they actually care about their customers and the quality of their work. They even went out of their way to fight for better-quality parts for my car instead of just settling for whatever was available. Really appreciate the effort and attention they put into everything. Definitely a shop I'd recommend! read more

I had a great experience with Met Collision Center. From the beginning, the team was professional, honest, and kept me informed throughout the entire repair process. Even though Kemper insurance approved aftermarket parts, Met Collision Center went above and beyond and installed original OEM parts instead, which I truly appreciate. The shop is very clean, the workmanship is top quality, and my vehicle looks like new again. They clearly take pride in their work and care about doing the job right, not just the easy way. I highly recommend Met Collision Center to anyone looking for a trustworthy and high quality auto body shop. Thank you, Claudio, and the entire team at Met Collision Center, for making the process easy and stress free for us. read more

I have an older Lexus that needed some work done. Over the years the trunk, bumper, side mirrors, lights, and fog lights started to show its age. There was also some bodywork done previously by another company that will remain unnamed (they didn't do a very good job). I talked with my husband and there was no question where to bring my car - MET Collision. Apparently, Johnson has been working on my husband's and brother-in-law's cars for years. My husband brought in the car on Thursday and Johnson said that he would have the car ready within a week. I like that Johnson is very honest and will tell you what you need done and won't tell you to fix things that don't need fixing. He gives you a fair price for the high quality of work that he does. When we picked up the car, it looked like it had been garaged for all these years! The color of the trunk and bumper matched. When he placed the repainted bumper and trunk, everything fit perfectly. The other company that worked on our car didn't color match well and didn't place the parts back with correct spacing. I like that he pays attention to these details. He replaced the side mirrors. He buffed out the lights and the chrome on the car. He cleaned, clayed, polished, and waxed the car so it sparkled like new. If you need anything fixed, MET is definitely the place to take your vehicle. I highly recommend MET with no reservations. Johnson does amazing work! read more

Trustworthy body shop with excellent service and top-notch communication. "Magic" Johnson is the person you want to come and see. I've dealt with Johnson numerous time, over the years, with about 4-5 cars that have gotten into accidents. It's hard to find a body shop that checks all the boxes in order to make the of the process of fixing your car back to as original shape as possible with the least amount of headache/drama. Communication is key, and I'm always impressed with the way Johnson keeps me in the loop. Loyalty is a two-way street and I'm more that happy to patronize MET Collision Center read more

I bought an aftermarket grill and needed a place to install it for me. Since I work right up the street from Met, I thought I'd give this place a try. Johnson was extremely friendly and honest. He informed me that there was a slight problem with the fitting (ebay parts) but got it to work anyways. The pricing was more than fair. I didn't get any real body work done but if I have to next time, I'll take my car here. read more

Unfortunately, cars need to get damaged before we come across great local businesses with even greater people, like JOHNSON and his crew, helping you along the way. Johnson and MET Collision Center really speaks for itself. There's not enough reviews for this place but nonetheless deserves a 5-star rating. Johnson is very helpful, knowledgeable, and humble throughout the experience (over the phone and in-person). I can see he enjoys what he does and for each client that comes through. I appreciate all that you did for repairing the car and making it clean and presentable on arrival. Definitely keeping this place in mind for future repairs and referrals. read more

I brought my other car to Johnson when he was at his other location years ago, and when my current car got rear ended, I knew I didn't want anyone else but him to fix it! I dropped my car off and he handled everything including communicating with insurance and also setting up a car rental for me. All I really had to do was show up! Johnson had my car back in about a week, which also included waiting for the adjuster from the insurance company to look at my car. My friend recommended for me to come here after an accident occurred with my car and I originally thought it was going to be one of those car places that overcharge, take advantage, and tell me different things that are wrong with my car because I'm a girl. BUT I DID NOT EXPERIENCE THIS AT ALL. Johnson was so kind and let me know everything I would be charged for and it was a quick job too. I brought my car in and it was fixed in less than a week. When I got it back and saw my car I was amazed! I only expected for him to fix the damaged parts but he also waxed it and fixed other parts of my car. Listen save yourself! This place takes advantage of people! They will fix your car to make it look good at first but after a few months, you'll realize the really bad job they have done! They lied to me and said the insurance company wouldn't replace the fender only approve a repair. My car is now cracking where they repaid it! Today my gas cap fell off because it was just glued back on and never actually replaced like they said! I called and the same guy/owner Johnson said sorry we have a new owner now can't help you! His family is the new owner! The reason I know is because one of his workers told me when I called. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They lie and get as much money as they can from the insurance company to pocket it and not do the proper repairs! I talked to the insurance company that paid for the repair and they have no documentation requesting a replacement just a repair because the replacement was only 5hrs of labor the repair was over 13.5hrs, so they get paid way more! read more
