The first time I got my car fixed here they were fast and super responsive but I drove my car later that night and my headlights kept turning off on the freeway AT NIGHT.. they had me come in the next day when they fixed that problem The second time I got my car fixed here the hood had to be replaced not even 6 months later the paint started peeling off my hood they told me to bring it in but in most cases they're not liable for paint chips. I live in San Diego now so I'm not driving all the way back. This place sucks! read more

I have (unfortunately) had to come to this place 3 times within the span of about 2.5 years due to several accidents (that were never my fault) and each time my RAV4 is always in great hands. The work that they do here is wonderful, timely and well done; oftentimes my car looks better than when I had it before the accident! Awful shop. Avoid at all costs. Still dealing with issues of poor quality work. First the shop painted the bed and "over sprayed" in an attempt to make it look similar to the other bed liner. The overspray eventually bubbled and flaked off making the bed look awful. Then I had them re-install the Denali logo in the bed. They double side taped it on. Lasted a few washes and came off. This place is really made my dented car brand new!! They really do a great work for cars!! I just left my car there for 33 days, the damage was really bad and they fixed it like brand new. All the parts they placed was all brand new from the dealership, which was nice! I have Geico and this was the closest contacted place they have near me. I had Geico tow my car there, so I didn't even see the place and trusted that this place they had contracted was legit. I read some reviews before making sure I wanted to place my car in the hands of a professional. And this place is truly a outstanding for their service and professionalism. They really do take care of their customers!!! When my insurance didn't pay for the extra 3 days, after 30 days. Haik (the owner) called and stated that he will pay for the extra 3 days by deducting it off my payment. I was really pleased that he was willing to do that for me, it made me feel like I was really taken care of here, even though I hadn't even stepped into the store yet. When I got my car, Haik and his team was there and Haik told me to assess it to make sure he got everything and if there was anything out of place or not to my liking he'll fix it here and now. He cleaned my car up and polished it too. He also asked if I wanted to take it for a test drive and see. I was really happy he offered. I tested it and everything was spick-and-span. He was very patient when I was checking out every nook and cranny of my car. The office space is really clean and polished looking. They have rewards of how excellent their service is. The owner is not reliable or responsive unless you call repeatedly or just show up at the shop which is horrble as far as customer service is concerned. The overall experience was barely satisfactory and the satisfactory is only because the employees actually did do a pretty good job but barely especially since after taking more time than originally quoted. only to have to return for further work to be done that should have been completed within the original time spand. Okay it's time I write this review. This body shop has the best service and performs top quality work! I got a 2017 VW GTI and in the past year it has been hit about five times on the road. Every single time I took it here I was treated with the best service and never had any problems. I had two different claims on my last visit. One for the front bumper and another fort side passenger door (it had been hit and scraped by another car while driving) but wasn't too bad. After taking my car in to have the front bumper replaced I picked up my car and they had touched up the damage on the passenger door and you can barely see it! Wow! Thank you guys!! I will be back soon to have it properly fixed. I also have a 2015 Mitsubishi Evolution that needed some serious work on the front bumper. The entire thing needed to be replaced and they did it within two weeks. Other shops were telling me it would take about 3-4 weeks. These guys have taken care of my cars every time I've been in an accident. They are responsive and really go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. I gave this Body Shop a high rating, because I am a female and know nothing about auto body. They could have overcharged me, like the Hyundai dealer was going to, but they didn't. Their customer service was exceptional and the work performed on my car was great! I had to replace my right-side mirror; and was driving one day and saw, Greenleaf's Auto Body. I was going to have the dealer replace it, but it was too expensive, $756. Plus, I would have had to leave it with the dealer for 3-5 days. I went online, bought the mirror and took it to Greenleaf's Auto. The owner/manager is a no nonsense gentleman; straight to the point, no rip-offs. I told him I was not going through my insurance company; I was paying out of pocket. I paid close to $85 for the mirror; and to paint and install, $150. A huge savings from $756. A tech replaced the mirror within 15 minutes or less. It works perfectly. Then, the owner/manager noticed my left brake light out. He had the tech replace it at no charge. I had back end damage and the whole bumper assembly needed to be replaced. When I tell y'all that this place fixed my car to where it looked better than before it was damaged. I've used other auto repair companies and they had a hard time matching my paint (white windchill pearl). Personally I'm very skeptical, meticulous and tedious person, so I was looking and expecting something to be wrong. It didn't happen and I owe a very big thank you to Haik and the green leaf auto crew. I hope to never have to use them again, but in the event I do, hands down I'm going back. We were rear ended a couple of weeks ago. We filed a claim with our insurance company and they recommended Greenleaf Auto Body to us as one of their preferred shops. I was connected with Haik who I think owns the shop. He was very helpful and flexible. I took my Durango in for an inspection and he gave me a 7 day turnaround. Throughout the process Haik would call me and give me updates. The shop itself is very clean! it looks more like a showroom than a body shop. The work he did on my car was so SPECTACULAR there was no way you could tell my car was in an accident. Clean, flawless, smooth work! both in the repairs and the paint job!
