If I could rate above 5 stars I would. Dynamic saved my wallet and brought my car back to life! I have an 8 yr old vehicle and had been told by other body shops they wouldn't be able to match my paint and I was therefore going to have to repaint my whole car. Not only is that more expensive but it was going to take much longer to do! Not only did Dynamic take out dents, replace parts but they were able to paint the areas that needed it and polish the rest to match the luster of the new paint! The guys there know what they're doing and I'd highly recommend. They were a little busy (but I guess that's what happens when you're good at what you do) so worth the wait. read more

I've been to dynamic collision now twice ! Each time I've had a great experience. NEVER had rude encounter with the owner or any other staff as stated. You get what you give out people. Henry and Kim always answered my calls and replied to e mails promptly. I was first recommended by the infinti dealer in 2018. They did a full paint job and it was PERFECT! This last time I was in a accident and my insurance referred me to a closer shop by my house but I'm SO happy I went though dynamic. Totally worth the drive. They did a beautiful job once again communicated the whole time with me during the process and kept me in the loop. Horrible Fast one day quick paint job! Had to take back my vehicle back and ask them why am I Still having the same problem with the paint job they did and all they could say was it was this and that . Not I'm sorry we did a BAD job and it LOOKS like our painter did very little prep work. I mean even the GMC Manager said they are on the hook for this and that they have a high turn over with the people that paint. Don't go here. One day to the next they've closed up shop. Very unfortunate because Henry (the body shop repairman) was absolutely amazing and very talented, such a people pleaser, Lily (the claims/parts coordinator) was on top of her game and very communicative, the receptionist was very kind and went out of her way on more than one occasion. I had a part that had been ordered, painted, and was awaiting installment. Henry called me one day, left me a voicemail to schedule an installment appointment, I called back 2 days later to schedule and no answer, voicemail box was full. I continued to call over the next 2 weeks, same issue. I emailed Lily explaining what was going on, she emailed me back that one day to the next she was let go without an explanation. I googled their other locations, called them all, all but one location went to voicemail. The answering person said all of their shops had abruptly closed and advised to call the mgr (she gave me her number). I called the mgr and this lady has yet to call me back. I have already spent $9k+ in repairs with this place after a collision and this was the final touch that needed fixing. It's already been paid for yet I can't get my service competed. This collision repair place is horrible! My car was referred to them from the Chevy dealership which Dynamic is on the same property but behind the dealership. I was told it would be about 3 weeks for the repairs to be done - they had my car for 5 weeks! No communication at all from them unless I reached out to Kim, the "manager" or what ever she is. She is rude, vulgar, loud and unprofessional. Of all the items on the list to be done from the estimate give by the dealership, and paid for by insurance, they "forgot" the most important item - to fix the filler neck on the gas tank. How could they be so incompetent for something so important and dangerous?! I brought this to Kim's attention when they said my vehicle was finally ready and I noticed it was not fixed. She said she would request the part and I could bring my vehicle back. How the fuck am I supposed to find more time to bring my vehicle back when their hours of operation are the same as my working hours because in 5 weeks they couldn't figure out they should check off the items on the estimate to make sure everything was done? This is SO frustrating and fraudulent. And now it has been since 7/17/19 that I am still to this day waiting for her to tell me the part is ready? I even emailed her on on 7/30 to follow up and she said she would check on it (see pic). Never will I go back to this place!!! I'm reporting them to the BBB also - eff Dynamic. read more

Job was good BUT they paid a amateur to replace my windshield. The guy left glue all over the passenger seat, left some cuts with some sharp object. They did not believe me a first and after I complained to the main manager, she was able to take responsibility and sent me to a apholstery. I showed up a the place and the apholstery manager states that he have not received a deposit or any payment to help me. Lucky he decided to do the job and let me go and go after the collision manager. I wonder if she ever paid him back. Bottom line, I my car got damaged on the seats because of them. read more

Now i dont know what kinda employees that can get away with not doing their job right the 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th time. No words to describe how much of an inconvenience they have been to us. please please make sure you understand that you only get a 1 year warranty on any replacement part! my left front was smashed in and my car required a new head light. they replaced it and 2 years later it doesn't work. my car is a 2003, the other head light still functions. i checked around, you can easily find an auto body shop that will provide a life time warranty on parts! just a word of warning / heads up! read more

Definitely would recommend this place to others. Initially my boyfriend and I went in to get estimates on our cars. I had a one inch deep scratch from freeway debris on my hood, which was going to start rusting soon. My bf had a very surface scratch on his hood of a black car (so it showed it really bad). Anyways, Johnny was the one who helped us out and gave my boyfriend and I an awesome deal to fix both our cars. He was flexible in getting us in to get the job done. My repair took longer and I had to leave my car there for 2 days (the bf's was done in a couple hrs). But when we picked up our cars they looked awesome! the paint job on my car, and the buff work on my bf's job looked great. The woman at the front desk was also very sweet and provided excellent customer service. I will definitely return in the future if i need to....which i hopefully don't but you never know. read more

This is a follow-up dynamic never had my car check for mechanical issues after the body repair, although I ask them too? The side that I had the accident, now I find out after having my car for 3 weeks only drove for 1 week that the suspension is damaged from the accident, not to mention all my electrical that I had to pay for the repair. The level of incompetence within all levels of this company unfathomable. I had dynamic collision work on my car for a fender bender. Once I picked it up, I drove away and an alert appeared on my dashboard that my car was overheated. It turned out that dynamic collision didn't put any coolant in my car which caused damage to the transmission. After months of trying to get them to accept responsibility, I contacted the bureau of automotive repair and they finally agreed that it was their fault. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere where they know what they're doing. Their manager Kimberly was extremely rude to my husband and I. Horrible experience! If I could give a 0 rating I would. We dropped our car off in April for an inspection and we proceeded with service. Almost 1 month later my car just sat there with no notice they were waiting for parts. They had a staff change and and we were not given any updates on the car. We called multiple times and kept on getting responses of " the manager will call you back." No phone call back. Called again and finally got the Manager/Owner Kim on the line and she gave such attitude and didn't care of the situation. She was so rude and told us that the part they were waiting on could take weeks to 3 months to receive. Kim did not want to help us out on the rental due to the lack of communication on their end. The car was already at the shop for 1 month, now another couple of weeks to 3 months more to complete. Have we not called we would not have gotten this information. We requested to pull our car out of the shop and she advised they took the car apart and cannot put it back together. We ended up finding a shop that would take the car as is and we went to pull the car out. Kim didn't want to give us our car back at first, but her legal team advised her she can as long as we signed documents that Dynamic was not going to be liable. The new shop completed the work in a total of 1 week. Dynamic Collison Center is a unprofessional place to work with. Stay away from this shop! read more

They had my car for 2 months, pick my car up on a Friday, my keys were working, the outside mirror, the knob near the shift gear was not working, and my clock was not working, the steering wheel was at the window but it was not working, they did not try to help me told me my insurance would not cover it? So I called my insurance company they said that they would cover it? Dynamic did not work for me they received 10,000.00 for the door, but did not replace the inside panel, that's torn, so what was not done? I was hit on drivers side, my electrical is not working, so I take it back on Monday , they said it would not be ready Til thur, nothing was done still not working , keep my car for 4 days with nothing being done , Hyundai recommend them, then took it back this Tuesday picked my car up today nothing done, but the mirror, still missing a part the inside panel not replaced the interior on the drivers side dirty, from there work, still not cleaned, now I have to bring it back again, oh key still not working,!will update my progress oh the Body work is perfect, but that's it. After thanksgiving I called to ask if they can finish repairs, and they said no it's a liability, for what I brought it back the last time? My wife was unfortunately involved in an accident with her brand new Ford. We obviously wanted to have the car restored to new finish and looked into various auto body shops. I called the Ford dealership in Cerritos to see who they send their cars to for repair, and they referred me to Dynamic. The shop didn't have any review on Yelp at the time, which was a bit of a bummer, but I liked the idea of having the car repaired at a shop recommended by the dealer, again seeing as how the car was new. The shop was very cordial on my first call. They were quick to arrange towing for our car and worked with our quote from State Farm. The final repair was completed in a timely manner and looked just great. Even better, Dynamic offers a deductible assistance program where they pay half your deductible, knocking our out of pocket payment down from $500 to $250. Pretty sweet.
