My hygenist I think was Amanda and she was amazing, great with my kids. My second experience was amazing. My hygenist, skye, was so sweet, efficient and was amazing with my kids. Dr. Evans was very professional, honest and great with my kids. He understood that my kids needed to have a positive experience and he was so sweet with them. Skye did such a good job accommodating us and was able to get my little one to get her first x rays and my other's first teeth cleaning and walked them through it so beautifully! But I've found my dental wingman. His office fit me in before the end of the year so that I could take advantage of unused dental benefits. Dr. Ellis fixed two problematic crowns and took the time to create one of the crowns twice until he got a perfect fit. He was very concerned about the quality and fit of everything he did, and he was also very gentle. I didn't feel a thing when he administered the shots! His front and back office staff were all professional and friendly. His facility is modern, clean, and equipped with all the latest state-of-the-art equipment. He was sooo kind explaining everything that he was doing and checking on me often to make sure I was ok. I felt very confident that I was in good hands the entire time. On a side note, I overheard Dr Tyler being briefed about another patient possibly needing a crown and Dr Tyler said that he would stay late to accommodate the patient. I took my two daughters in, requested a conservative approach to treatment, and was given a $2000 treatment plan. Something just didn't sit well with me.. I had never had such a high dentist bill for my kids. I requested the x-rays and went to 2 other dentists for a second opinion. Both said that other than the sealants NO TREATMENT WAS NECESSARY!
