Been traveling 300 miles roundtrip for 20 plus years now to go to Dentist Dr. Darren Earl, St George. Trust is earned. Just had a crown put on, one visit is all it took because of Dr. Earl having an in house lab where they make the crown while you wait a short time, amazing technology. One visit, left with new crown. 5 stars is inadequate to convey the level of expertise and genuine concern that Dr. Earl has for his patients. Pain free dentistry is here. This is where I would bring Gramma if I had one, and my Great grandkids if they lived closer. Wonderful family friendly environment. I am very thankful for Dr Earl and his team. Hey all you Vets, Dr Earl is a military Veteran, respect is what you'll be greeted with. read more

Finding another dentist. Front Office not efficient. Not competent in processing dental insurance. Every vist to office, the staff was having a party in the front office with delivered lunch, desserts, etc. Noisy office. read more

Worst Experience Ever!! I scheduled an appointment with Mr. Earl for a second opinion. I had a crown that fell off and had x-rays and two days prior. I was pleasantly surprised when I called to find out they could get me in the very next day. They sent me a link, and I created a profile and filled out all my information before going to my appointment. However, when I got there, they had me fill out all the information all over again. I had an x-ray from two days prior. When Mr. Earl came in, he aggressively demanded for an x-ray. (Without introducing himself no bedside manners). I looked over to see Mr. Earl; his appearance was very unappealing; an old man looking like he's had way too much Botox. I explained to him that I had x-rays from two days prior; I had already sent to the front office. Mr. Earl stated that the x-ray only took a couple of minutes and he wanted his own. before I could ask why: He stated, "I'm not going to wait or go up front and try to get it". As he walked out of the room, (never making eye contact with me) he blurted out that I would need to have the tooth extracted. At that point, I stood up and said I was done. Only to hear the old man yelling across the office to charge me for a consult. When I got to the front and tried to explain to the staff, what had happened. They all try to offer their own opinions and continued to waste my time. I have never been treated so poorly at dental office. I now realize why he was the only Dentist who had next day availability. it was clear to me that Mr. Earl saw me and not a real person. read more

They are very thorough, accommodating, understanding, compassionate, gentle and new technology. My first time experience was great.

I love their dental hygienists they're always so incredibly friendly. They help me when I need it the most and the mind being my personal journal when I need an ear to nag. I always highly recommend them to everybody that asks for dentist. They also let you watch TV while they work on your teeth and give you headphones so it's a good distraction that makes the appointment go by faster. I'm going to bring my daughter when she's old enough and have already signed up my fiancé with them read more

I just saw Dr. Earl today for my root canal and to whiten my grey tooth. He did an amazing job! Feels great to have my smile back! Great staff and great office! Finally found a great dentist! read more

Darren Earl, DMD - General Dentistry Near Me - Saint George, Utah

This was the most comprehensive dental exam I've ever had. Michelle was amazing. She told me what she was going to do, then she told me that we would discuss the findings which she did comprehensively. An amazing experience! read more

I broke off an incisor at breakfast and dropped into Dr Earl's office at 9:00 AM. I am a regular customer but acknowledge that it's unusual to simply show up for service because they have other patients scheduled. I was welcomed by experienced staff and they worked me into the schedule. I left 2 hours later with a new crown and a new smile. Courteous knowledgeable staff guided me through a rather pleasant process. Highly recommended office. read more

Office seems business when I arrived, so I waited for awhile in the front office. I wouldn't recommend this as a place to get a laser teeth whitening. The staff member who preform the whitening needs more training or shouldn't be allowed to whiten patients teeth. I was in pain throughout the whitening. I told her a few times it was burning, so she rinse the whitening out and reapply the the protective gum covering. However it only last for a few mins then the burning return. Pearl dental is not the right name for this office it's more like Pain dental we don't care we just want your money read more

Worst dental office experience ever! Advertised and recommended by an oral surgeon for "One day Crown service". It was not! Took a impression of the mouth and had to send it out to a lab to make the crown (two week delay). The assistant could not find the correct tools, and had to try 3 times to make an acceptable crown impression.. "Sorry, we,ve had a complete turnover in staff" should have been a pretty good indicator! Then they wanted to charge the premium price for one day service on the crown (we were able to negotiate a lower price). Dr Earl may be a good Dentist, but the assistant and office staff made this a forgetable experience! read more

I have been going here since I moved to St. George in 2017. The staff is awesome. The bed side manner is great too! I never wait long for my appointment. They are quick and efficient. Very satisfied! read more

Wonderful experience as always. I didn't wait long after checking in. Cleaning was quick and well done. I really like how well they manage appointments. Even coming for chips and fillings you can count on not waiting long and getting through the appointment in a timely manner. read more

I was charged $150 for missing our family appointment of 3 on New Year's Eve. We were in a car accident by the mall which is right by their office. We were fine, but our car not so much. Being charged $150 on top of the stress of the accident was horrible. Especially because we didn't receive services. We are finding a more life, family friendly dentist. It shouldn't be too hard we have so many in St. George. read more

Highest marks. I've taken my family to several dentists over the years as we've relocated. I hope we never have to find another dentist again. The office, the staff, the doctor. best dentist I've even been to. Really gentle oral surgery compared to where we.ve been elsewhere, not too expensive and really good dentistry all around. read more

Dentists making personal comments: When you're in the chair he has control--just say NO and find a real pro.

Dr. Earl and his staff are the most amazing, welcoming staff I have ever dealt with. They are very friendly and very professional in the work environment. I highly recommend Dr. Earl. He's been my dentist now for 5 years and I will not go to anyone else for anything. Thank Dr. Earl and his staff for making me feel like family. read more

I visited Dr Earl one year ago and was very nervous about my possible treatment due to not seeing a dentist is a couple of years. The dental team was amazing and Dr Earl is the best there is as well as very personal and down to earth. At that time the front office was possibly in a transition and they were not attentive at all. It felt like we as customers were an inconvenience to them last year. But No Longer Is That Case!! I was Greeted with a wonderful young lady who smiled and immediately attended to me. An office manager was right there to explain my bill and treated me with the up most repect! I already recomended them to a friend based on my experience Yesterday. Thank you for making me feel welcomed and also the extreme professional care I recieved. read more

This was our first visit to Dr Earl's office and we were NOT disappointed! The staff were all super friendly and very helpful, the doctor told us what he was doing and why every step of the way. We went in thinking my husbands tooth was going to have to be pulled, but after Dr. Earl's exam, he was able to tell us he could fix the tooth and also put a new cap on it.....all within an hour and half !!! My husband, who has had many caps done in his lifetime, said this was the easiest procedure he's ever had! I'd highly recommend this practice to everyone! read more

Dr. Earl has been my dentist for many years. He filled a cavity I had over the summer and was very careful and light handed. I don't do well at the dentist, I never have, but he makes me feel at ease and walks me through what he is going to do. Just recently I chipped a back molar and he broke down what needed to be done, the 3 options, and the difference in price. He knows what he's doing!! read more
