The waiting room was clean, modern design with friendly and welcoming front office team member. Keilani was friendly and did an outstanding work on my cleaning. She was thorough and gentle making sure I was comfortable. Good first impression from Dr. Tripp. No upsell unlike previous dentists I've had. Just straight facts. My hygenist I think was Amanda and she was amazing, great with my kids. My second experience was amazing. My hygenist, skye, was so sweet, efficient and was amazing with my kids. Dr. Evans was very professional, honest and great with my kids. He understood that my kids needed to have a positive experience and he was so sweet with them. Skye did such a good job accommodating us and was able to get my little one to get her first x rays and my other's first teeth cleaning and walked them through it so beautifully! So happy with my experience!

Just finishing up with an appointment where they charged $330.00 dollars to replace one tooth and to re-glue the other. This is happening because of substandard work on the part of smiles restored. They do not back their work because it is so terrible. Beware.

He was sooo kind explaining everything that he was doing and checking on me often to make sure I was ok. I felt very confident that I was in good hands the entire time. On a side note, I overheard Dr Tyler being briefed about another patient possibly needing a crown and Dr Tyler said that he would stay late to accommodate the patient. I'm from San Diego, worked in a dentist office through high school and college, so feel like I can recommend based on having been to some great dentists in San Diego, as well as having worked for a great dentist. I have no reservations recommending!
