She wanted to sponsor the reception as a gift to her goddaughter and made all the reservations. Usually "Palutuan" restaurants let you go to the market to buy meats and seafood and they cook it for you, but Robbie's saved us all the hassle and they volunteered to buy all that we need and that they will be handling everything. They also let us use the large private room for two hours for free. After the baptism , we arrived at Robbie's and everything was already set up neatly and the food was served immediately, It was amazingly delicious! The buttered garlic shrimps and baked mussels were to die for, the pork sinigang and grilled liempo were cooked perfectly. Overall everyone enjoyed the meal and I was a happy mommy! You pay for the service (of cooking your selected dishes) and other food you ordered from them (rice, drinks). If you ever find yourself in Seaside Alabang, I suggest you go for Aling Tonya's or Sis Paluto Restaurant. Their areas are clean and they have terrific cooks. They can cook a wide selection of dishes, but here are my recommendations: Inihaw na Liempo Baked Tahong Butter Garlic Shrimps Prawn Tempura Grilled Tuna Belly If you have room for dessert, they also sell the creamiest Leche Flan I have ever tasted. It had a sweet and slightly spicy sauce, which was a good match to the ranch dressing it came with. We were a bit short on the dressing, so we asked for more and were given another serving with no extra charge. Then our mains were served, and I ogled at the crabs, shrimps, and clams all in clear plastic bags, swimming in their respective sauces. I first got the crab (mostly so I can get the parts I liked), which we had cooked with curry. It was delicious and really tasted of coconut cream. Then I had the clams cooked in butter and garlic. I personally don't like clams very much, but I would say that I'm pretty sure the clams were fresh because it was soft and not rubbery.
