If my sister the EMT can loosen a BP cuff in a moving ambulance during a trauma call then you can certainly make a cuff adjustment in a medical office. My arm is unfortunately bruised in several areas now and because the cuff was too tight, the blood pressure reading was very inaccurate.

Easy to get an appointment at a convenient time, and the office staff were very helpful in coordinating records of xrays being sent over. Dr. MacAfee is very personable and professional, he did a great job explaining the planning for my wisdom teeth removal, and did only the procedures which were necessary. The operation itself was very smooth and I had no issues with the anesthesia. Great follow-up as well, I had a common complication which required antibiotics post-op. As soon as I had an issue I called, Dr. MacAfee was on call and he called me backed within minutes, and within 20 minutes of initiating this I was already picking up my prescription. Fantastic experience overall.

The staff has always answered my questions and given me good advice. The procedure I had at Winchester Hospital with Dr Brekwoldt and the team was smooth and easy. I lost my job and barely having enough to meet my needs and others. I was able to have some people help me keep my insurance and went to lahey for my regular yearly check ups, consequently incurring a balance two different times. They have an option for financial assistance which I have applied to and both times, I have been denied. The financial or business office keeps asking for the latest paystubs or my old taxes which I have made clear I am not working so I do not know where I am supposed to get that documentation. My two bills come to under $300 which is a small amount for all the money I have brought to them. On the contrary with my scraping for pennies, that is a huge amount I cannot currently afford. it is sad that for once, they cannot forgive or let go of a bill that will not even break their bank. TL;DR: I spent over $17,500 at Finesse for liposuction that completely failed--and was left with…read moresevere scarring and zero results. I had an unsuccessful liposuction procedure with Dr. Shektman at Finesse. During my initial consultation, their salesperson, Kim, assured me that the procedure would dramatically improve my postpartum body. Based on these claims, I spent more than $17,500--with no positive outcome whatsoever. After the surgery clearly failed (which Kim, Joanna, and Dr. Shektman all acknowledged), they offered me a Morpheus8 treatment, claiming it could correct the skin folding caused by the liposuction. They said they'd "only" charge me an additional $500. I agreed, hoping to improve some of the damage done by lipo. That treatment was performed by their esthetician, Rachel--and it made things significantly worse. Six months later, my abdomen is still covered in severe scarring (see pics). When I sought help, they insisted I come in for a five-minute evaluation by their nurse, Joanna, and esthetician, Rachel--neither of whom has the medical expertise to handle the kind of deep tissue scarring I experienced. Dr. Shektman's only recommendation was hydrocortisone, which is wildly inappropriate for subdermal scarring caused by a failed RF microneedling procedure. The bottom line is: I'm not wasting more time listening to cosmetic "professionals" who are clearly out of their depth and caused the damage in the first place. I've waited nearly a year to write this review, hoping that someone at Finesse--Dr. Shektman, Kim, anyone--would take responsibility and at least offer a partial refund. That never happened. I was misled about what results I could expect, and I now have permanent scarring and an even greater financial and emotional burden. I've since seen two board-certified dermatologists and spent even more money trying to fix the damage done by Dr. Shektman and Rachel. I feel betrayed, taken advantage of, and deeply disappointed. Please--do not trust this place. They'll say whatever they need to say to close the sale, but once you've paid and signed away your rights, you're on your own. The results don't matter to them. Your health and satisfaction don't matter to them. Ironically, I've had substantially better results using Semaglutide (Ozempic), which cost $400--not $17,500--and helped me lose 30 pounds in 5 months. No scarring. No lies. No emotional trauma. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone.
