I've had 2 procedures done at BOSS. One was to fix my rotator cuff and the other was to have a…read moretotal reverse shoulder replacement. Dr Ross did the rotator cuff and he was amazing. We talked for an hour the 1st time I met with him. Post surgery, I was playing golf in 2.75 weeks! I asked if he could do a plasma rich platelet injection at the site of the surgery to help reduce the healing time. He did it and even got the insurance company to pay for it. The shoulder replacement was Dr Burke. He was also very good. He was very clear that it was a much more painful and intrusive procedure than the rotator Cuff. My only issue with that surgery, is that he said he would make sure and fix my biceps muscle as part of the procedure. Post surgery he said he did it. When I could move my arm, it was obvious the biceps muscle was disconnected. In my follow up, I spoke to a PA, and she told me sometimes it doesn't take, but that I really wouldn't miss it that much. To be fair, since the only thing I was concerned about was my golf swing, it hasn't been an issue. Bottom line is the guys know what their doing and they do a fantastic job.

In my opinion,…read morethis is one of the best designed, convenient, patient friendly, well run, state of the art outpatient surgical facilities in this country. The location provided easy access and the attached covered parking garage has ample space. The care is seamless with my orthopedist's office on the third floor, my physical therapist on the second floor, and the surgical areas on the first floor. The check-in is simple and the anesthesia staff is wonderful. I had an amazingly positive surgical experience and I highly recommend my surgeon, Dr. Jacob Drew, and the facility. My surgical result from my total knee replacement was also outstanding.

I went and checked it out. I read the reviews and thought…read morethat the doctor replying was a tad odd... I mean why engage with people who review you. My doctor "recommended" them. Kinda. Sorta. As they knew him, I guess, back in the day or at some point in time. I called and spoke with what seemed to be a young lady. She seemed - young. I drove in to check it out. The office was empty. No one there - literally. I saw paintings on the wall for sale - which I found interesting for a medical office. I stood there. And stood there. And this man walks by - he was a doctor. He look surprised. I looked surprised. He said they were at lunch. Okay. I'd think you'd lock the door or put a sign out - AT LUNCH. Be back soon. Or something. We spoke. It was polite. I left. Later I called and spoke with what seemed to be a young lady - my perspective. She said 'the doctor' doesn't take Medicare. And that resolved that. That's my experience. Make of it what you will.

Dr. Reinhorn took the time to record a bunch of videos regarding the surgery and what to expect daily post op. Even better it's all on a QR code so in case you forgot anything you discussed, it's all available. Surgery is done at Newton Wellesley. Only out of commission for about 2 weeks. Everything went smoothly and I'm glad I found Dr. Reinhorn. He's super nice and very thorough with everything. Highly recommended you see him! Go Bills!

I still have a few more weeks until my full results set in, but I'm already very happy with the outcome! I couldn't recommend Finesse more!

TL;DR: I spent over $17,500 at Finesse for liposuction that completely failed--and was left with…read moresevere scarring and zero results. I had an unsuccessful liposuction procedure with Dr. Shektman at Finesse. During my initial consultation, their salesperson, Kim, assured me that the procedure would dramatically improve my postpartum body. Based on these claims, I spent more than $17,500--with no positive outcome whatsoever. After the surgery clearly failed (which Kim, Joanna, and Dr. Shektman all acknowledged), they offered me a Morpheus8 treatment, claiming it could correct the skin folding caused by the liposuction. They said they'd "only" charge me an additional $500. I agreed, hoping to improve some of the damage done by lipo. That treatment was performed by their esthetician, Rachel--and it made things significantly worse. Six months later, my abdomen is still covered in severe scarring (see pics). When I sought help, they insisted I come in for a five-minute evaluation by their nurse, Joanna, and esthetician, Rachel--neither of whom has the medical expertise to handle the kind of deep tissue scarring I experienced. Dr. Shektman's only recommendation was hydrocortisone, which is wildly inappropriate for subdermal scarring caused by a failed RF microneedling procedure. The bottom line is: I'm not wasting more time listening to cosmetic "professionals" who are clearly out of their depth and caused the damage in the first place. I've waited nearly a year to write this review, hoping that someone at Finesse--Dr. Shektman, Kim, anyone--would take responsibility and at least offer a partial refund. That never happened. I was misled about what results I could expect, and I now have permanent scarring and an even greater financial and emotional burden. I've since seen two board-certified dermatologists and spent even more money trying to fix the damage done by Dr. Shektman and Rachel. I feel betrayed, taken advantage of, and deeply disappointed. Please--do not trust this place. They'll say whatever they need to say to close the sale, but once you've paid and signed away your rights, you're on your own. The results don't matter to them. Your health and satisfaction don't matter to them. Ironically, I've had substantially better results using Semaglutide (Ozempic), which cost $400--not $17,500--and helped me lose 30 pounds in 5 months. No scarring. No lies. No emotional trauma. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone.
