My wife had a surgical procedure done and I became ill at the same time so our home fell behind in terms of our normal cleaning routine. Bethany and Lizzie came out to do a deep clean on a portion of our home and I can't speak highly enough about the job they did. Their performance was well above expectations. The areas of priority they were to focus on had dust and dirt removable without chemicals and just a damp cloth, meaning they didn't even bother to attempt to clean. When I complained to the owner he said it was my fault for not speaking to them and directing them, was. rude, made no offer to resolve the problem, and raised his voice at me. Unprofessional. Failed to communicate. indicated because it was a holiday he didn't call me the day of service to ask the questions he should have. No resolution, no refund, no offer to do anything to make the situation right for the customer. my opinion is this franchise should close for the greater brand's protection. read more

Incredibly expensive for only a mediocre job. This was a supposed to be a deep clean before movers delivered our furniture, but left much to be desired. Apparently, there is a usually a supervisor that checks the overall quality after the cleaners have finished, but this never happened. If you are desperate, this could be a good option, but it is very hard to recommend this business. read more
