The first was a salon appointment, scheduled for a trim and deep condition treatment. I utilized the description of the services to book online since I was new to the area and did not have a permanent salon yet. When I walked in, checked in, and took my seat to wait, I heard the assigned stylist talk terribly about the appointment I selected to her coworkers. I have no doubt other customers could hear it. When she pulled me for my appointment, she informed I scheduled the wrong type of appointment and told me I did not want that treatment then decided which new treatment I wanted. She decided for me what I wanted done to my hair. During the treatment and my trim, I attempted to make small talk, but was given one word answers or ignored. My second appointment was a last minute eyebrow appointment since my new salon was closed. I was seen promptly, but walked away with my eyebrows looking far from sisters or twins. Luckily, I wear glasses that covers the total difference in them, but I cannot even freehand the uneven section on one eyebrow because it is so bad. I will say, the male that works in the Clinique section is super kind and helpful. That might be the only good thing about this store.

The first person very rudely told me "they don't give out that information over the phone" but didn't explain why they couldn't , also didn't care to ask if i had a prescription. They put me on hold. 15 mins later a different rude person answered to tell me why they couldn't give me the information. When I tried to ask them if they could move the prescription from one Walgreens pharmacy to the next I was met with interruptions of every sentence to the point where I raised my voice then was told they would hang up if I didn't calm down. After getting the 2nd rude person to stop giving me all the reasons why they couldn't give me any information about whether I could fill my prescription at this Walgreens she ended the call by saying "no we don't have it in stock". Yeah got the answer I needed but also checked this particular Walgreens off my list of ever getting my business.
