On 2 different occasions they have not given me all of my prescribed medications, More recently, I needed a refill, it was accidentally sent to publix but all of it was ready so they just needed to call them to have it delivered, simple right? yet somehow they completely screwed it up and never even verified if it was sent over or not so I had to wait 3 DAYS, My BP can shoot up to the 200s so fast if i don't take it within the first day. I've had to call them at least 5 times on the phone and that alone took about 4 hours being on hold and even when they did pick up the phone, I was given with the worst and nastiest attitude ever imaginable. Even though my prescription refill was already authorized by a doctor, they said that it wasn't when that's not true at all. I'm also in no condition to walk all the way to the store so I wanted it delivered, on the app it says delivery is available but on the phone, in the nastiest tone they said that they can't deliver. It was overall made very complicated for no reason. These lazy idiots put my life at risk and I am never trusting them again.

Suddenly, at the start of January 2026, they informed me they could no longer fill these due to an unexpected issue with DEA licensing/registration requirements. They claimed they only learned about it that day, with no prior warning whatsoever. This left me without critical daily medications, forcing me to scramble for a new pharmacy and have my doctor resend everything during the hectic new year period. The total lack of advance notice, communication, or any contingency plan showed a complete disregard for patient health and caused tremendous stress and danger. While regulations are important, better preparation and care for long-time patients could have prevented this. This experience has destroyed my trust--I'll be switching permanently and suggest others relying on daily essential prescriptions seek more reliable options.

You have a huge parking lot but insist on parking in a prime space. This is where paying customers are supposed to park but the stores management is clearly okay with this and that says a lot. Why do I care? This is where Karen is justified. When I was in college I worked in stores and restaurants. I can't recall one business that allowed an employee to park anywhere convenient. Why would they? Prime spaces are for customers. So here we are. The staff feel entitled to park wherever they want. Not just here. Almost everywhere. It's the wrong way to conduct business.
