ok, so my experience goes as following, and i will be reporting this to the proper channels and…read moreputting this on all socials media that i can because i've never experienced such unprofessionalism nearing physical attack from a pharmacist. i think his name is steven he is the owner. it seems an older gentleman, white gray hair, and my experience was nothing short of an attack verbally and almost got physical. first me: hey do you have the prescription my doctor sent you and do you accept my insurance? (that was our first interaction) yes i'll have it ready for you i go in and the prescription proceeds to be $68 now i understand pharmacist do not have to accept insurance so i say you know what i can't afford all that so let me just get half a refill and i'll pick up the other half when you figure out the insurance. i call back a week later to ensure that they have the other half of my prescription and if they are gonna accept my insurance me: hello sorry to bother you again. this is john. i was just making sure that when i pick up my other half of my prescription i won't have to pay out-of-pocket since i have a zero co-pay and i have oscar insurance. will you accept my insurance this time (pharmacist: maybe depends on how i feel?!?!???) me: ok??? time comes to pick up the other half of my prescription and i get there. me: hey so you never called me to say you accept my insurance or not.( i just drove here on my bike in 98° heat with my dog which i did not mention) me: i look over at the pharmacist once i recognize his voice and i say oh you were the unprofessional one that said you might accept my insurance correct? pharmacist almost ready to jump over his desk screams fuck you get out of my store!! me: i laugh and point there's that professionalism that was over the phone. i should've expected this and not even wasted my time driving here as i walk out nearly being chased out which could've resulted in a physical altercation with an older pharmacist at his location. avoid this place at all costs. there is an older man that should be retired by now running it who is dangerous uncompassionate and almost got physical with me while i had my little dog i'm an honest person and this is an honest review, but this place had everybody staring at the pharmacist by his actions and how i called him out for being unprofessional. he probably lost all his customers in the store at that time as and i will be reporting this to the proper channels and maybe even getting a lawyer because of the unprofessionalism in medication that is maintenance meds. and not informing me he does not accept insurance until the last minute so that he makes you pay a truly evil person that has been probably jaded by working too long in this industry and needs to get out of it and that is my rant and my experience today and how that pharmacy functions everyone that works under him we're just smiling with their head down knowing they work for an insane person and they're probably not gonna be there long because he will be sued or lose the business because of his erratic actions. if possible, i would give zero stars i should've sat out front and called the police, but i'm gonna go to the marketing route and hopefully if people don't listen, they'll experience the same thing and he'll get more of these reviews

I received useful information and it was a pleasant experience. I strolled the store and they have a lot of hard to find items. Truly, a one of a kind store. I might even send prescriptions for me here in the future. It is a much nicer experience than at a large grocery store chain where I get prescriptions now. Looking for a certain multi vitamin for the wife at a better price then we get at Sams Club. They had a few different brands but smaller quantities. The clerk was super helpful but the pharmacist really catapulted customer service to another level. The lady advised that CVS and Wagreens thru my personal insurance allow certain vitamins and other health care products to the insured with the price waived each month. I am investigating this claim today but I am so pleased by this information from a drug store as they are not profiting from me but will keep them on my radar for future needs. Great customer service is priceless.

This was my go-to Urgent Care but it fell apart over the past year. The worst experience I had was…read morejust now: my child accidentally dropped prescribed antibiotics and I called to see about another prescription only to be told I need to pay for a consult if I want the prescription sent to my pharmacy. When I refused to and wanted to speak to someone else the lady on the phone just laughed it off and hung up. I called back but the same person keeps answering shutting me down. A few months ago their system was down so I had to pay out of pocket and file an insurance claim because even though they had me on file they would not take the time to make the phone call to my insurance for eligibility and wait until their system was back up, they need the money up front. Sure I let that one slide but now this? Totally unreasonable place. I have to either go pay another consult and of course wait through the whole thing again or choose another place where one is treated like a patient and not a commercial transaction.
