Easy access location with deals everywhere and the shelves were full of inventory. This is open 24 hours and has a full service pharmacy. Those were the positives and here are the negatives: A female vagrant took refuge next to the front door and greeted me and then begged for money. The floors were absolutely a disaster with massive stains throughout which made me feel dirty. These two issues put an instant damper on my shopping experience.

You have a huge parking lot but insist on parking in a prime space. This is where paying customers are supposed to park but the stores management is clearly okay with this and that says a lot. Why do I care? This is where Karen is justified. When I was in college I worked in stores and restaurants. I can't recall one business that allowed an employee to park anywhere convenient. Why would they? Prime spaces are for customers. So here we are. The staff feel entitled to park wherever they want. Not just here. Almost everywhere. It's the wrong way to conduct business. Over the past year, my experience with delivery and customer service has deteriorated significantly. My main concerns are unreliable medication delivery, poor communication, and failure to follow agreed delivery instructions. On some occasions, I have been told that medication was delivered, yet I could not locate it. When I asked for proof of delivery, the pharmacy could not provide it. I have also experienced a delivery driver carrying on a loud personal conversation on speakerphone instead of listening to me and addressing the delivery. I have security cameras, photographs, and recorded footage documenting him shouting during what appeared to be a personal domestic conversation while he was supposed to be attending to customers. This was disruptive, unprofessional, and made communication unnecessarily difficult. Trying to resolve these issues has been incredibly frustrating. Customers should not have to argue to find out where their medication is or whether delivery instructions were followed. When medication cannot be located, clear answers and a timely resolution are essential. Family members and an elderly friend whom I referred have also told me about similar difficulties. It is particularly disappointing to recommend a business and then hear that people you care about are experiencing the same problems. Since the change in delivery service, the reliability and courtesy I once associated with this pharmacy have declined considerably. After years of loyalty, I can no longer recommend Neighborhood Drugs of Davie based on my recent experiences. I hope the pharmacy takes this feedback seriously, addresses its delivery and communication problems, and restores the service that once earned my trust.

(that was our first interaction) yes i'll have it ready for you i go in and the prescription proceeds to be $68 now i understand pharmacist do not have to accept insurance so i say you know what i can't afford all that so let me just get half a refill and i'll pick up the other half when you figure out the insurance. i call back a week later to ensure that they have the other half of my prescription and if they are gonna accept my insurance me: hello sorry to bother you again. this is john. i was just making sure that when i pick up my other half of my prescription i won't have to pay out-of-pocket since i have a zero co-pay and i have oscar insurance. will you accept my insurance this time (pharmacist: maybe depends on how i feel?!?!???) me: ok??? time comes to pick up the other half of my prescription and i get there. me: hey so you never called me to say you accept my insurance or not.( i just drove here on my bike in 98° heat with my dog which i did not mention) me: i look over at the pharmacist once i recognize his voice and i say oh you were the unprofessional one that said you might accept my insurance correct? pharmacist almost ready to jump over his desk screams fuck you get out of my store!! me: i laugh and point there's that professionalism that was over the phone. i should've expected this and not even wasted my time driving here as i walk out nearly being chased out which could've resulted in a physical altercation with an older pharmacist at his location. avoid this place at all costs. there is an older man that should be retired by now running it who is dangerous uncompassionate and almost got physical with me while i had my little dog i'm an honest person and this is an honest review, but this place had everybody staring at the pharmacist by his actions and how i called him out for being unprofessional. he probably lost all his customers in the store at that time as and i will be reporting this to the proper channels and maybe even getting a lawyer because of the unprofessionalism in medication that is maintenance meds. and not informing me he does not accept insurance until the last minute so that he makes you pay a truly evil person that has been probably jaded by working too long in this industry and needs to get out of it and that is my rant and my experience today and how that pharmacy functions everyone that works under him we're just smiling with their head down knowing they work for an insane person and they're probably not gonna be there long because he will be sued or lose the business because of his erratic actions. if possible, i would give zero stars i should've sat out front and called the police, but i'm gonna go to the marketing route and hopefully if people don't listen, they'll experience the same thing and he'll get more of these reviews
