I paid, which was exponentially cheaper than the previous pharmacy I used, and went on my way. They saved me almost $60! While I waited, I looked around and aw they have a big selection of pharmacy items and DME. The store was also very neat and clean. The second they realized they couldn't just put a prescription in my hand, their attitude completely flipped. It felt like I was being discriminated against based on my prescription type. While they were "buddy-buddy" with other customers, they treated me like a peasant because I required more than two minutes of their time. The disrespect peaked when I said I'd just go elsewhere and Chris literally laughed in my face. I am leaving for a business trip and need my medication. The man is the one who assisted me. He asked if I had Insurance, I gave him my medical card, while he is putting my information in, he and staff tell the people behind me that they are closing up for lunch so they will need to return afterwards (this is when I should've known my experience was about to be ruined). He gave me my insurance card back telling me my medication wasn't covered so I would have to pay $108 and I will have to come back Monday to pick up my prescription (it was a Friday). An hour later, I get a notification saying my prescription is ready for pick up however, I was already very far and could not go back till the next day. I just arrived to pick up my medication, a different associate gathered my information, she was very lovely and helpful. She put my insurance information in and what do you know? I had such an unexpected/above & beyond positive/memorable (first of many) visits to ECO Pharmacy and this is due to it being way more than just a pharmacy. How'd I find this? Let me share : I happen to charge my electric vehicle in the same parking lot that is in the vicinity of many businesses including this special gem of a pharmacy. So, while charging my vehicle (aporox 8-9 days ago) , I took my pup for a walk and while passing by, I looked through the glass and noticed an array of. organic teas, herbs and other unexpected items I didn't expect to see so I had to go I am on in and check things out for myself. I left with a mix of organic herbs, teabags, liver cleanse, free samples, a natural CBD product for relaxation, and more. And regarding pricewise, -no more expensive then the big chain stores. Nice. Oh! Joe even extended his help to my pup, who is going on 15 years old and has issues with his joints and anxiety. I ended up leaving with a bottle sample of 100mg tuna flavored CBD oil that I have been giving to my pup daily and he seems much more at ease. Thanks for that as well, Joe. Looking for a certain multi vitamin for the wife at a better price then we get at Sams Club. They had a few different brands but smaller quantities. The clerk was super helpful but the pharmacist really catapulted customer service to another level. The lady advised that CVS and Wagreens thru my personal insurance allow certain vitamins and other health care products to the insured with the price waived each month. I am investigating this claim today but I am so pleased by this information from a drug store as they are not profiting from me but will keep them on my radar for future needs.
