This is my regular CVS, where I fill my prescriptions. So far I have never had a problem at this store. The pharmacists and employees are very kind and helpful. They also always call me if there are any issues with filling my prescription. Once my insurance did not go through and called and let me know ahead of time to get my updated insurance or to bring it in with me when I come in to pick it up. I also use the drive through on occasions and the service is pretty quick. So far, I enjoy coming to this pharmacy for my prescription needs. The reason for the 4 stars is that although I always have good experiences at the pharmacy I cant say the same about the front store. The lines are usually long and hardly ever do they call for back up and the cashiers aren't very nice. read more

Untrustworthy Pharmacy experience: Yesterday, I went to the pharmacy to pick up my medication. At the time, the staff was comprised of all women with one man. The man is the one who assisted me. He asked if I had Insurance, I gave him my medical card, while he is putting my information in, he and staff tell the people behind me that they are closing up for lunch so they will need to return afterwards (this is when I should've known my experience was about to be ruined). He gave me my insurance card back telling me my medication wasn't covered so I would have to pay $108 and I will have to come back Monday to pick up my prescription (it was a Friday). An hour later, I get a notification saying my prescription is ready for pick up however, I was already very far and could not go back till the next day. I just arrived to pick up my medication, a different associate gathered my information, she was very lovely and helpful. She put my insurance information in and what do you know? Magically the medication is covered under my insurance!! $108 to $6... whoever is the man behind the counter at the pharmacy, stay clear from him. Very incompetent and rude read more

I called the pharmacy to get an approval for a local fill for my patient. I had the insurance on the line waiting for the pharmacy to verify that they received the prescription. Dana informed me that there was an old prescription sent to another CVS. I asked her to refresh her system because I just sent the same prescription to this pharmacy and she refused. She went back and forth with me about calling back and sent me to voicemail then hung up. I could only imagine what my patients go through trying to get help at this pharmacy. This CVS is a Health Risk! Health Hazard Alert! The Pharmacy and store are both super filthy, dirty and full of dust! You can't even breathe properly in the store thinking you may get Covid, with or without a mask. As soon as you walk in, the smell of old unmaintained dirty store is unavoidable. The Minute Clinic Pharmacy turnover is 99%, different Minute Clinic pharmacy rep every week! That is because no one wants to work here. And they are all incompetent. I have never had a good experience at this location's Minute Clinic. Every time you go to take your PCR test, they tell you "oh, our system is down, come back later..". But I had an appointment?! Well, sorry can't help you. Will it be back up in an hour? I don't know. Then why are you asking me to come back in an hour. What do you want me to say? I won't you to text me when your system is back up. We don't go that? Are you serious? I don't know what else to tell you. Come back in an hour or so to see if our system is back up again. I did not go back in an out. No one called. I filed a complaints through CVS.com, and I am Now to file a complaint through BBB, and will report this store to Health Hazard Organization. I saw an item clearly labeled for $19.99, plus I had a 40% coupon. They charged $29.99 for the item, which after the 40% came in at about $18.00. I showed the clerk and then the manager that it was clearly labeled at $19.99. So then they agreed to give me it at that price (plus tax) but said since it was a sale they couldn't apply the coupon. I pointed out I was better off with the full price but the coupon, would they go back to that. They said they couldn't, that I was being argumentative, and that I should leave the store. I should also note that the pharmacy will take notes on a medication and then ignore those notes in filling the medication. This is not a well run store. read more

I was waiting over 24 hours for them to fill an Rx of antibiotics. I called three times (starting in the morning after the doctor called in, i do understand they have many before mine) and each time i was told they were working on it, that i would get a call when ready - this is ridiculous! Meanwhile, infection growing and feeling worse and worse. I waited 3 days to speak with a manager because "the manager " wasn't on duty?! I finally speak to him and he tells me to come in and "try" my payment methods which PayPal touch less payment is posted all over internet and also in promo emails! The CSRs at this branch are rude and completely useless. This is the closest branch to my work, which sucks because my employer uses CVS as its select pharmacy. If being sick/injured isn't aggravating enough, this CVS has found a way to make you feel worse than you did before you called/visited them. read more

This is my normal pharmacy. It's pretty easy to get in and out of regarding prescriptions. I have had Rx's filled within the hour. The drivein is easy to get what you need and the associates are usually pretty nice. The pharmacy hours are not 24 hours, but the store is. This gets a lot of people confused. The store is small but has what you need for a quick trip to the pharmacy/drugstore. I don't do a lot of shopping here but they do have your normal items in case you need them. read more

Booked a COVID test appointment at 3:50. After rushing to get here, it's 4:52 and I'm still waiting on my test to be HANDED TO ME. I don't understand why you make people schedule an appointment to have them wait for hours. Do better or get out of the testing game. read more

I know this is just a CVS and they're not expected to "serve" you but I really wish people would understand the importance if customer service. It seems as if this is a lost art now a days. CVS, the interactions over the years I still have shivers thinking about the treatment received here. I honestly do Not Use this company unless I must! They try to make me get 3 month supply of things or they would just say they did Not have a medicine and TRY to keep my RX I needed filled! One time I was standing right by the area and my RX was being filled. The things being said from the Pharmacist about the medicine and all their own personal thoughts just spewed OUT! I picked up the medication when called and what a surprise on that face when I confronted on ALL those things said. Professionalism! EVER heard of it?! I came back the next morning to speak with the Main store manager. I then contacted Corporate and my insurance carrier about the incident. I do not go here unless absolutely my last resort for medications. Yesterday I looked around and saw the prices were higher than Walgreens for food and basic items always needed. Sad. Well the pharmacy closed 5 minutes before I got there! Oh well, I left empty handed. Watch out and they stereo-type! Just so Illegal! The only reason I'm leaving three stars instead of one is because the people at the Store themselves are great, but the pharmacy is awful. They have messed up giving me antidepressant pills instead of my regular prescription and are slow and we have always had issues with getting her prescriptions at the pharmacy. We understand that mistakes happen but the careless attitude when the mistakes do happen is what really have ticked us off. We will be going to Walgreens instead for prescriptions even if it is a bit further of a drive. read more

This place is a JOKE. Management should be ashamed as well as the pharmacists. I really try to be understanding and courteous during the pandemic, however, it is vital that people have access to their prescriptions. Not only do customers need their prescriptions but we rely on them to be on time. I was on hold yesterday for 30 minutes before having to fill my prescription online. I was told that my prescriptions would be ready at noon the following day. I went to the pharmacy at 5 pm expecting all of my prescriptions to be ready. I was told upon arrival that NONE of my prescriptions were going to be ready because they were backed up. I should have been notified that this CVS was incapable of having my prescriptions done on time. I am getting on an airplane at 6 am and absolutely need one of my medications prior to travel. Furthermore, I am completely out of my other prescriptions which is now having me to go without them even though they have withdraws symptoms with them. The WORST part of all of this is that I called back after going through the drive through to explain that I needed my prescription emergency filled since I was out and they hung up on me not once but twice! The first time I thought maybe it was an accident and called back, waited another 20 minutes and got hung up on again. New management and new pharmacists needed ASAP. Absolutely the worst pharmacy I've ever used. I regret having my prescriptions sent here. I have called numerous times to check on my prescription and have been put on hold for an unacceptable amount of time. I was even hung up on after waiting almost 15 minutes to just ask if it was ready. And the drive thru? Forget about it. You'll be waiting for a half an hour to just get to the window to only wait longer for service. I understand they are probably very short staffed however the majority of the staff is rude and unprofessional and couldn't care less how long they make you wait. Only one pharmacy tech has been kind and apologetic about the wait and inconvenience. I'll definitely be transferring my scripts to a different pharmacy. read more
