Not impressed and disappointed. They talk a big game, make lots of promises and don't deliver. It feels a bit like a scam. But, they may just have continual staffing problems impacting thier ability to keep up with thier existing business and thier smooth talking salesman bringing in new paying customers. They are quick to invoice (w/ threat of late payment penalty) and then don't complete the job. Also, they banter over semantics. For example, aerating means running a few 1" deep lines across your lawn. They do not mean plugging and using a real aerator. They also string out sections of the yard out over many weeks. It can take months b4 they actually cover the area they contracted to do and you've already paid for. Thier quality of work is sub standard, as well. Edging was done haphazardly with a string weed whacker not a bladed trimmer.i requested a partial refund for the initial clean up and aerating they did not perform plus the month service they billed ahead . . . They refused and stood by thier work. When they missed dates and weeks, our required annual contract was breached. If you are going to try them, insist on paying post job completion and do not let them force you into an annual contract (even though they will breach it and fail to live up to the contract terms). I suspect this company name will run its course and the owner/operators (Micah and Jeff) will start up under a new LLC. Time will tell. FYI, I likely would not have yelped them in such detail and volume had they simply refunded my paid in advance moneys and had been honest about thier capabilities and staffing problems up front. Whether intentional or not, the end result is an unethical business model and company. I hope they can turn it around w/out wasting more consumer's time and money. read more
