Finally I got what I paid for!! After living in our home for 32 years we knew we had to replace our 38' x 10' old concrete patio. It was disgusting, cracked and stained. Scott and his team were hardworking, communicative, not intrusive. They did great work and I am pleased with the results thus far. I do have some concerns about the lack of edge restraint use on a couple of the borders. Communications with the designer were a bit suboptimal, as the product availability changed, as did the quoted and contracted cost, as well as some of the minor design features (crushed rock not used although it was in the design) which ultimately changed the finished product from what was originally agreed upon. Some of these things are inevitable and outside the control of the company, so it can be a dynamic process that will require close communication. Be sure that all parties are on the same page regarding all details on the job so that the builders remain beholden to all of your wishes/desired project details. A few years ago we had a mowing strip added around our front yard. After a couple of months moles undermined the mow strip causing the stones placed to become uneven. Scott and his crew came our and set a replacement mow strip and new edgers to our front yard. We also had a new retaining wall added to mitigate some erosion we were experiencing in our backyard. Everything was set in concrete to ensure they wouldn't move and so far they haven't. Scott and his crew were very professional and checked in with us regularly to make sure the project was going according to plan and as we wanted. Additionally, Scott's experience in landscaping helped in creating a design that mixes hardscapes with plants in an attractive way. We plan to use System Pavers in the future to replace our driveway. read more

We had our driveway extended to fit a travel trailer we recently purchase. System Pavers came out and tied everything into our existing driveway, System Pavers made it look like it was always there and original. We decided to replace our tiny backyard cement patio with a larger patio made of pavers and we plan to install a gazebo on it later. Kurt the designer, came out and and helped us design a patio that made good use of our backyard space. Scott, the project manager made sure everything went smoothly and on time. The crew took care to minimize disruption to us while the work was done and to protect windows while the old patio and concrete step was removed. It just took a few days to get our old patio removed and replaced. We are very pleased with our new patio. Scott provided helpful guidance on location for the gazebo and how to modify the sprinkler heads in our existing irrigation system to best accommodate the new configuration. read more

Zach Watson, from System pavers, went above and beyond my expectations on my project. My driveway was old concrete & asphalt 80 ft long. Huge tree roots In the center uplifting through surface from a neighboring tree. After my estimate from Bobby Vatican, of system pavers, Zach called and introduced himself. We even encountered a HUMONGOUS stump in out backyard that we didn't know existed and they cleared that out for us and worked with us on the additional labor cost. We have had pavers for a number of years and noticed that a step had come loose. Matt showed up and fixed the step right away. While he was here he checked out our pavers. There was an area that had sunken and was retaining water, and two top stones had cracked and chipped. He explained that he would send his guys out to take care of both items. They showed up and did a great job of fixing the two areas and even swept my driveway free of the pine cones and needles deposited by the latest windstorm. Jared, the project designer was extremely helpful in guiding me through the HOA approval process. Thank you to Jesus, Julio and crew for their conscientious rapid fire work. They began demolition of the existing concrete slab on Monday and had the new patio (3 times the area of the original patio) constructed and completely finished by Thursday.
