I replied 'OK Dr. Bailey'. I dismissed his bad demeanor as having a bad day. On August 12, 2019 I called to ask for address of surgery facility per their office protocol they are not supposed to give out surgery address. All pertinent information would be given out at preop appointment. I felt it's my call to decide if I want to know where surgery will take place and demanded to know facility: 1390 E Yosemite Ave. Today is August 20, 2019 and drove to 1390 E Yosemite Ave only to be told that's the surgery center. Why in the heck didn't the front office staff at 700 W Olive confirm pre op appointment is at 700 Olive not Surgicenter at 1390 E Yosemite Ave. I drove to 700 W Olive and voiced my concerns to both office staff and Dr Bailey directly. Dr Bailey said I misunderstood. I told Dr Bailey his staff has poor communication, don't confirm understanding and offer no transparency in procedures and next steps. I assured Dr Bailey he would be paid for today's pre op appointment but I'll have surgery done elsewhere.

He ground down my toe nails and then cut them and I had almost instant relief. He was friendly and professional. The girl that works the front desk lacks a pleasant and friendly personality but the nurse that came into the room was pleasant.

Upon my visits, the doctor was nice to me but rude, degrading & even SCREAMING at some staff in direct earshot of patients. Office looked rag tagged & 'cheap'. Even though office staff confirmed the refund is due, they keep blaming the doctor for dragging her feet & I'm still waiting for my huge refund after 5 months. No, I do not have a nasty disease under my toenails, nor do I have…read moremassive corns, but my brother (sorry Daniel) just found out he has arthritis in his big toe, so I thought I should have a checkup for my feet. Such a nice guy! He was incredibly thorough. I told him I am a nurse (or at least a nurse looking for a job) and let him know that usually about after eight hours of standing up I start to get pains going up my legs into my back. He put pressure on different areas of my foot, watched me walk, and concluded that my arches drop a bit when I am walking, which could be the reason for my pain. He gave me some bright green inserts and sent me on my way. Dr. Jensen also gave me some handy tips for buying shoes. You will just have to check him out for those, since I really can't explain how to perform these handy tests on shoes before you buy them. Lastly, the x-ray tech is a hoot! I was giggling the whole time he was taking pictures of my feet.
