Safe to say I was having a panic attack the whole time. First off we love our doctor, Dr.Moore. We created a good relationship with him which made it easier to talk to him and put my trust into the situation. All the nurse we had (Alba, Michelle, Anna, Anissa) were amazing and listened to me and my concerns. I'll never forget any of them and appreciate them all. Plus this is all during a pandemic. Everyone has masks on all the time and washed/sanitized their hands like crazy. I would definitely recommend this birthing center to my friends and family if your in Merced County

This person is a sad excuse for a Doctor. Absolutely horrible disrespectful and thinks he knows…read moreeverything because of his title. He has passed his expectation date as a doctor and still has a terrible old school mind set. He does not listen to the patient at all and has despicable bed side manner. Good luck telling him you're not interested in what he's trying to sell you, for personal reasons which wasn't respected at all, because he will continue on regardless of what you said. I would never ever recommend this doctor to anyone ever. Zero stars is the true rating he deserves.

Not just typical office furniture that you would find in a clinic. The office staff and nurses were very friendly and compassionate. As an OB patient I was treated with the utmost respect. For the short time I was a patient I felt that they were not just working a job but they truly cared about mine and my babies well being. Dr. Loredo was very thorough as a Dr. he explained everything to me and answered all my questions and concerns. He respected my beliefs and never forced any medical interventions that I was uncomfortable or unsure of. I was leaning towards a natural childbirth experience in a hospital setting and that is what I got. Overall Dr. Loredo is a wonderful OB and his staff is A++ in my book. If I have another child in the future I will definitely go back to Dr. Loredo. This was my 4th child and I have had not so great experiences with other OB's and clinics in the area.

Unfortunately, this doctor consistently rushes through appointments with barely any time to address questions or provide guidance. It feels like an ongoing pattern of neglect rather than a one-time issue. At this stage, patients deserve attentive, compassionate care -- not being treated like a number. This has been an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. I do not recommend this doctor unless you have absolutely no other options. A serious improvement in patient communication and care is urgently needed. Because of this, I've already decided to switch to a different hospital and will see whoever is on call there instead.
